Pros:

Clean tidy comfortable mattresse
How ever they have still not returned my deposit of $103 that was taken out 16/07/2026.

Cons:

Very poor food service
NO Proper bfast
The price is too much for what is actually get.
Nothing to cook with like oil.

Great place to stay while recovering from surgery. Would look to stay here again in the future.
Pros:

We stayed in one of the queen size apartments for 1 week after I had surgery, and the room was a great size. Space was clean, all staff were excellent and nothing was ever a hassle. The full size kitchen made our stay very comfortable, with the added bonus of a dishwasher! Free Wifi and foxtel were also nice to have. Secure parking underneath and a short drive to the shops.

Cons:

The toilet never flushed properly.

Good position for hospital
Pros:

It was a very good position to walk to the hospital and was easy to find the main entrance.. it was clean and comfortable for the most part. The bed was comfortable and my wife liked that the toilet was separate to the bathroom.

Cons:

There wasn't enough washers for everyone. The bathroom was very small with nowhere to put anything and no towel rails. Not enough lounge seating. The oven was dirty, could smell something burning when we used it.

Very convenient to Prince Charles Hospital, Chermside Shopping Centre and transport. Very Good
Pros:

The Apartment was very Clean and Fresh , Staff coming in and leaving were very good friendly and efficient. The kitchen had a good set up but the oven was hard to work. The hot water in shower takes a while to become hot. The location is great for need of visiting the Prince Charles Hospital

Cons:

I had no real complaints about our stay, we were in only in for one night

Close to hospital, clean but no table and chairs.
Pros:

Room only had twin beds. Whilst there were cooking facilities there was no table or chairs to eat meals. Had to sit on beds

Cons:

The nightly tariff kept changing. Spouse was in hospital and I didn't know the discharge date so I rebooked every two days and tariff was different. It was the same room so the tariff should have been the same for the whole stay.

Bit disappointed for the price

Locality..super nice gentlman on reception till 7 pm.
Extremly helpful.
The cereal and fruit for breakfast was a nice touch.
Unit had everything you need

Cons:

Pillows for sleeping very firm.
Some softer options would of been nice.

Great Accomodation, Great Staff
Pros:

Clean rooms, great accessability for a wheelchair user, good facilities and great free grab and go breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful and ensured all of our requirements were well catered to.
