Communication coming form overseas we didnt receive the lockbox number for out of hours access

Dirty and mouldy, noisy and poor communication. The apartment was dirty with mould in the bathrooms, dirty drawers and crockery, microwave and cupboards in the kitchen. The extractor fan in the bathroom was thick with built up fluff. The laundry cupboard was filthy. Worst of all was the bedding. Although the sheets looked clean, the duvets (dooners) were beneath the sheets (intended to be next to the skin) and they were manky and stained. The spare blanket in the cupboard had lots of splashes of a dark, crusty substance on it. This is inexcusable - I felt very uncomfortable sleeping on that bed under that dirty bedding. I didn't dare look at the mattress or pillow. Also inexcusable was a glass tumbler in the cupboard that was chipped in multiple places which is dangerous - that tumbler should have been thrown out. The apartment is right under a flight path very close to the airport and so the noise of the planes is very loud. It's right next to the wildlife park, so there is also a lot of bird noise early in the morning. The communication with the apartments prior to checking in was poor. I tried phoning multiple times to find out about the lock box for an after 5pm check in, but kept getting the message that "No messages could be left because the message box was full". My email to the apartments was not replied to. After several attempts at calling, I finally got through and the man said he'd had trouble answering the phone. After checking in, we visited the office several times to try to find out if there was a free wi-fi connection, but nobody was ever in the office and so we didn't have wi-fi for the entire stay. We didn't see the owners at all. We checked out leaving our keys in the Returns Box.
No lift - not suitable for people with mobility issues or who struggle with heavy cases.
I am happy to stay in budget accommodation if it's clean.

no tea or coffee, no garbage bags for rubbish bins and no toilet paper

We tried multiple times through our stay to contact the host using different phone numbers, emails and going to the office at different times throughout the day which was always closed. We never received a call or email back. Someone had parked in our carpark so we were forced to park elsewhere each night resulting in multiple notes saying we were occupying someone else’s carpark.

The apartment needed a good clean. The ranch slider to deck was covered in toddler finger prints and there was random things left from previous stays - like shoes under the bed. The main bedroom shower sprays in all directions - but we just used the other shower. Also the wifi didn’t work - but we were fine with that.

The apartment (no. 25) was filthy, child beds / cots shoved into wardrobes so you couldn't use the wardrobe, oven hadn't been cleaned, much of the kitchenware needed to be washed before use, dirt under beds and couches, veranda hadn't been swept, someone else's swimmers left behind in apartment, our son suffered with dust allergy the whole time due to dust / dirt. Woken up by aircraft at 6am every morning. Beds uncomfortable. Poor TV reception.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. We looked into the reptile place. I would stay there again, the only thing that puts me off. Is our bed had bugs in it, looked like fleas/ bed bugs. I didn’t sleep in the bed sheets I ended up having to sleep on a towel before I lied down on the bed. The sofa bed was dirty, and the bedding was also stained. I really do like the place, and I would stay again, just would hope that the bedding changes. As I had bites on my legs from it. But the staff were very accommodating and lovely overall.
