The service and helpfulness of the staff. It was just top notch.
The approach to the property - Cars don’t come up to the property and they drop you 200 metres from the property. And that 200 metres is a steep ascent. So every time you have to step out somewhere, you know you have to encounter that steep walk while returning. And this property is not at all suitable if we have our parents. They will not be able to make that steep ascent.
Really enjoyable stay nicely removed from Shimla' Mall Road but still within a few minute's walk. Fantastic view from my room.
Breakfast was OK. I've had better. Shame they didn't fix or replace the coffee machine when it broke. Instant coffee wasn't great.
The staff were polite and the facilities were excellent. We absolutely loved the food. Abdul Zeeshan ji was incredibly cooperative throughout our stay.
The charges for the dry cleaning service could have been made clearer upfront.

We enjoyed the walk to Mall Road / the Ridge, but be aware that taxis can’t reach the hotel and there is a bit of a walk to get anywhere.
The decor in the common areas of the hotel is somewhat dated.

Fantastic location in the hills but not too far to walk into the hustle and bustle of this charming diverse spectaular town.
We had a cold dated room which they swapped for an updated and slightly warmer room.
The staff were helpful and courteous.
Good food and great evening meals which you can eat in your room which we enjoyed.
The views from our room could not have been better.
One small electric heater was not sufficient for a large room and bathroom when nighttime temperatures were reaching 3 degrees.
May I suggest better heaters ? 3kw or higher.
An amazing outlook from our room, tasty breakfast and friendly staff.
The staff were very helpful in organizing my onward journey. I stayed an extra night at the hotel. The location was perfect, away from the busy Mall and Ridge but within walking distance to both.
My first room was a bit chilly despite the heater.
