Fabulous location, accommodation and staff
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, the room, bathroom (and towels!) were very luxurious. The food in the restaurant was very nice. Great location, very easy to walk into the centre of Shimla but felt far enough away when sitting on the terrace taking in the great sunset view.

Cons:

Nothing at all. The only thing to note is the steep walk up to the hotel - this was not an issue for us as you get the wonderful views!

Hotel near Mall Road with direct access through a shortcut route and excellent city view
Pros:

Breakfast was decent as you can order and get served. Location was good. Very Near to Mall road. . The view of shimla city from the Hotel Room is very good.

Cons:

You have to climb atleast 200 m to reach hotel reception. However, if informed eraly, hotel can arrange personnel for your luggage.

Pros:

Wow what an amazing place! The staff were all so kind and helpful. The room was amazing - especially the incredible views over the valley. Breakfast and all food there was really delicious. Right on the edge of the shimla pedestrianised area so really good spot to be able to to walk from

Las vistas y la habitacion. Las terrazas no pude disfrutarlas porque llovía

Cons:

No es que no me gustara, es simplemente que hay que tener en cuenta que, para llegar al hotel, hay que subir a pie una cuesta empinada y varias escaleras porque los coches no pueden llegar hasta la misma puerta. Es algo a tener en cuenta para personas mayores. Te mandan a un porteador para que te suba el equipaje pagándole 60 rps por maleta cada trayecto

Most memorable trip due to stay in honeymoon inn and hopefully I will visit again.
Pros:

Every thing was perfect. Very clean room, and polite and gentle staff specially Pawan Ji in the restaurant. The view outside the room was amazing.

Pros:

The property is beautiful but getting there was a real challenge bec tempo travellers have no access. The hotel sent a van to pick us for check in which was helpful. I was disappointed they did not extend the same upon check out knowing very well we cannot walk down with luggage. We had to repeatedly ask them. Got the impression that they did not feel the need to be helpful since we were leaving. The view from the hotel, the ambience and flowers were beautiful. I must give credit to the restaurant staff, they were excellent. The food was absolutely delicious too. Good value for money.

Wonderful service but a painful approach to the property.
Pros:

The service and helpfulness of the staff. It was just top notch.

Cons:

The approach to the property - Cars don’t come up to the property and they drop you 200 metres from the property. And that 200 metres is a steep ascent. So every time you have to step out somewhere, you know you have to encounter that steep walk while returning. And this property is not at all suitable if we have our parents. They will not be able to make that steep ascent.

Pros:

Really enjoyable stay nicely removed from Shimla' Mall Road but still within a few minute's walk. Fantastic view from my room.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK. I've had better. Shame they didn't fix or replace the coffee machine when it broke. Instant coffee wasn't great.

The staff were polite and the facilities were excellent. We absolutely loved the food. Abdul Zeeshan ji was incredibly cooperative throughout our stay.

Cons:

The charges for the dry cleaning service could have been made clearer upfront.

Amazing stay at Honeymoon inn, loved every minute!
Pros:

The panoramic views are beautiful.
The Honeymoon suite was perfect for comfort and oh what views we had in our room.
Clean, with everything we needed.
The breakfast was great and evening meal.choices brilliant. There was nothing to fault!
The staff were lovely and looked after us, each and every one! We all loved it.
