Great value and location for the Price
Pros:

Excellent location, everything you need in the apartment. Shower was new, air conditioning worked great, and they deliver you free continental breakfast to your room every morning.

Cons:

No complaints at all

Wonderful stay in a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean with huge arched doors opening to a little balcony. Lovely hotel with an excellent cafe bar below. Fantastic location. Breakfast delivered to the room with a great choice of options. Loved the hotel.

Cons:

The only negative was the air con wasn’t working properly which wasn’t ideal as we visited during a heatwave.

Con potenzialità ma servizio da migliorare

Gli appartamenti in sé sono carini, in stile parigino e con un'ottima posizione. Carina l opzione della colazione in camera, semplice ma molto buona. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi.

Cons:

Gestione del malfunzionamento dell'aria condizionata: all'arrivo abbiamo visto alcuni ospiti lasciare la struttura lamentando il mancato funzionamento dell'aria condizionata e dichiarando che avrebbero cambiato hotel. Al check-in, vista la giornata particolarmente calda, abbiamo chiesto rassicurazioni e richiesto una verifica preventiva dell'impianto. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli alle 13:00 e ricevuto la camera alle 15:00, constatando che l'aria condizionata non funzionava effettivamente. Nonostante la nostra segnalazione iniziale, dopo due ore non risultava effettuato alcun controllo e dalla reception ci è stato riferito che "funzionava regolarmente" e che il problema era dovuto alle alte temperature esterne. Solo dopo una nostra ulteriore insistenza abbiamo parlato con il manager, che ha contattato un tecnico; il problema è stato risolto intorno alle 18:30.

Pulizia della camera: il primo giorno la camera non è stata riordinata; sono stati sostituiti esclusivamente gli asciugamani. Considerando inoltre che la colazione viene servita in camera, si tratta di una mancanza piuttosto significativa.

Dotazione dell'appartamento: l'appartamento non era provvisto di stoviglie, come ad esempio piatti o ciotole; erano disponibili solamente quattro bicchieri e le posate.

Very good
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to a lot of tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, metro stations etc. The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. We loved fresh baguettes and croissants delivered to our room every morning! 😍

Cons:

It was a bit noisy from the streets but we accepted it from the start as the price for the convenient location 🙂

da dimenticare .... mai visto una location cosi sporca

NULLA!

Cons:

avrebbe bisogno di un restauro completo, decisamente obsoleto.
ambiente sporco , le pareti e le tende piene di macchie, la stanza era rovente con 29 gradi inoltre vi erano solo 2 sedie quando era stato locato per 4 persone, il divano letto era con un materasso sottilissimo e scomodissimo. Anche l'ingresso era vecchio, sporco e caldissimo, con divano vecchio e sicuramente pieno di acari

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, großes Bad,sehr sauber

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat zwei Tage nicht funktioniert und das bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad,
Kein Frühstücksraum, Korb vor die Türe. Aber dafür reichhaltige Auswahl,

So noisy
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

We had a room that could be connected to the neighbouring room and because of this it was incredibly noisy. The door connecting the two rooms was locked but had no soundproofing at all so it was as if our neighbour was in our room with us. We could hear them talking, eating watching TV etc which meant the sofa bed was unusable for our children to sleep on (but also incredibly uncomfortable anyway). The apartments are great for just 2 adults but would not recommend for more people

Authentic Parisienne experience
Pros:

Fabulously clean and functional apartment for 2 in a convenient and vibrant location close amidst bars, restaurants, bakeries, laundromats and so much more. Stayed a week but could have stayed a month. A very authentic Parisienne experience. Thank you @residencenellparis

Geweldige dagen gehad in Parijs, met het gezin.
Pros:

De ruimte van het appartement, het ontvangst en de locatie.

Cons:

De slaapbank lag niet erg comfortabel, en er zat geen vers fruit bij het ontbijt.

Just sort out your cleaning staff … they really need supervision.
Pros:

GOOD :
-friendly front desk staff , nice location , close to Metro .

Cons:

BAD:
- room NOT VACUUMED : fluff/lint in all the rooms
-HYGIENE: room service staff stacked dirty dishes back in cupboard!!
- NO SHOWER BASKETS : shampoo etc have to sit on the shower floor
- multiple FLASHING LIGHT BULBS
- bedroom WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN for ventilation from the vent well.
