Por se tratar de Paris, esparava mais, porém nada encantador.
Pros:

Acredito que pela localização valha a pena ficar nesse hotel, mas acredito que tenha hoteis com preço igual e menor com uma boa localização.

Cons:

Falam que a capsula do café é free, porém são quatro capsulas de café para um familia não adianta muito. E como eu pedi duas capsulas a mais na portaria e depois duas com a camarera os demais dias da reserva fiquei sem. Fui no mercado e comprei uma caixa.

O café da manhã é farto, servido pontualmente no quarto no horário agendado. A recepção é cordial e eficiente. A arrumação diária do quarto ajudou bastante, inclusive com as louças

Cons:

O quarto é em um prédio baixo sem isolamento acústico, portanto absorve o barulho do entorno, com muitos bares. O chuveiro não tem muita pressão, acaba dificultando um pouco. Fica a reclamação do valor do táxi agendado pela habitação para o aeroporto. Na placa e na fala do atendente, seriam 65 Euros de custo. Ao chegar no aeroporto o taxista me cobrou 75 euros e mostrou a convocação dele para a corrida pelo whatsapp, onde realmente o custo que foi passado para ele era de 75E, com 20 de comissão ao recepcionista que pediu a corrida. Não pelo valor, mas me senti lesado pelo não cumprimento do trato entre o montante previsto e o cobrado

Een goed ingerichte kamer op een super fijne locatie.
Pros:

De locatie! Super leuk om door de vele jaren lekker naar de straat te kunnen kijken. De inrichting en the look and feel van het hotel. Heerlijk, net alsof we even een eigen thuis in Parijs hadden.

Wat weinig borden, glazen en bestek.

Descriptions and pictures are not accurate. Excellent front office staff.
Pros:

Location is good and the front office staff are delightful. The street noise is unbearable. The pictures posted must be from 20 years ago. The place is a dive.

Great value and location for the Price
Pros:

Excellent location, everything you need in the apartment. Shower was new, air conditioning worked great, and they deliver you free continental breakfast to your room every morning.

Wonderful stay in a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean with huge arched doors opening to a little balcony. Lovely hotel with an excellent cafe bar below. Fantastic location. Breakfast delivered to the room with a great choice of options. Loved the hotel.

Cons:

The only negative was the air con wasn’t working properly which wasn’t ideal as we visited during a heatwave.

Con potenzialità ma servizio da migliorare

Gli appartamenti in sé sono carini, in stile parigino e con un'ottima posizione. Carina l opzione della colazione in camera, semplice ma molto buona. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi.

Cons:

Gestione del malfunzionamento dell'aria condizionata: all'arrivo abbiamo visto alcuni ospiti lasciare la struttura lamentando il mancato funzionamento dell'aria condizionata e dichiarando che avrebbero cambiato hotel. Al check-in, vista la giornata particolarmente calda, abbiamo chiesto rassicurazioni e richiesto una verifica preventiva dell'impianto. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli alle 13:00 e ricevuto la camera alle 15:00, constatando che l'aria condizionata non funzionava effettivamente. Nonostante la nostra segnalazione iniziale, dopo due ore non risultava effettuato alcun controllo e dalla reception ci è stato riferito che "funzionava regolarmente" e che il problema era dovuto alle alte temperature esterne. Solo dopo una nostra ulteriore insistenza abbiamo parlato con il manager, che ha contattato un tecnico; il problema è stato risolto intorno alle 18:30.

Pulizia della camera: il primo giorno la camera non è stata riordinata; sono stati sostituiti esclusivamente gli asciugamani. Considerando inoltre che la colazione viene servita in camera, si tratta di una mancanza piuttosto significativa.

Dotazione dell'appartamento: l'appartamento non era provvisto di stoviglie, come ad esempio piatti o ciotole; erano disponibili solamente quattro bicchieri e le posate.

Very good
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to a lot of tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, metro stations etc. The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. We loved fresh baguettes and croissants delivered to our room every morning! 😍

Cons:

It was a bit noisy from the streets but we accepted it from the start as the price for the convenient location 🙂
