Good but could be better.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location was very close to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia Mall.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was clogged. There was no shower curtain or glass partition in the shower so when you showered, the entire bathroom would be wet.

Budget Thamrin Mall hotel has hidden lifts and basic rooms
Pros:

The lift to the hotel is quite difficult to find, need to ask people there. The hotel lobby is at level 6. There is only one level accommodation, with close to 100 rooms. There are filtered water stations for guests. The room is acceptable, as in the price that I got, around rm120/night. No electric kettle, no hot shower, no mini fridge, small window. Breakfast was acceptable, local delicacies, omelette, breads, cold tea. This hotel is within the Thamrin Mall where access the the shop floors is very easy.

Just beside shopping mall for kebayas. Quite old hotel.
