Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. For guests checking in after 23:00 onwards, please kindly inform the hotel in advance so that neccessary arrangements can be made.
A refundable deposit of RM100 for incidental charges, will be collected upon check-in. For further information, guests may contact the hotel directly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

Highly recommended! The hotel is exactly as advertised and offers excellent value for money. It's within walking distance of Langkawi's famous Pantai Cenang, only about 1 minute from McDonald's and 2–3 minutes from the lively Cenang Street with plenty of shops and restaurants.

The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-suited for the price.

If you're planning a short leisure trip and mainly need a comfortable place to rest and sleep after exploring Langkawi, Casa Fina is definitely a great choice.

Cons:

Minor downside: There are some stray dogs around the hotel area, and the hotel has already placed warning notices for guests. Families with very young children may want to be a little more cautious. However, during my stay, the dogs were calm and did not disturb or approach guests.

Excellent location, just off the main road for the beach, shops and restaurants, but quiet and accessible to all local amenities. The room was great and the housekeeping staff fantastic at keeping the room stocked with water, fresh towels and toiletries. The Air conditioner worked well and everything was great.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Great stay.

Incroyable, je recommande à 100%
Pros:

Tout était super ! L’emplacement par rapport au centre de la ville et à la plage, le logement était top. Ça faisait vraiment île paradisiaque avec les palmiers autour. L’endroit est super bien entretenu et le personnel est adorable. On pouvait voir des chats et des écureuils c’est trop mignon !

Odaları geniş lokasyonu çok iyi direkt chenang beach de yer alıyor etrafında yeme içme yerleri mevcut ve merkeze çarşı pazara yakın. Çalışanları çok iyi güler yüzlü yardımsever.

Cons:

Yeşillik bir alanda olduğu için sanırım çok sivrisinek var etrafta ve odada. Sanırım odanın banyosunda yer alan havalandırmadan da içeri girebiliyorlar. Ancak odamızda çok sivrisinek var dediğimizde bize ilaç verdiler ve işe yaradı çözüm bulmaları iyiydi.

Pros:

A lovely place to stay. The room was lovely with a nice bathroom and a great terrace. The location was perfect just between the two beaches and close to a night market and shops. The staff were lovely and super helpful.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing.

The property is extremely old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was not working properly, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and several pieces of furniture in the room were broken. Even the toilet flush was not functioning correctly.

Noise was a major issue throughout the stay. There was constant construction and traffic noise outside, noise from neighboring rooms, and during rain, the sound of water hitting the roof was so loud that it became difficult to sleep.

Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels were not provided daily, and room cleaning was only available until 4 PM, meaning no assistance or supplies were available afterward.

To make matters worse, the hotel charged extra for basic items such as pillows and blankets. A MYR 100 deposit was also required, despite the property’s poor condition, and the reason for the deposit was never clearly explained.

Overall, the hotel did not provide the comfort, cleanliness, or service expected. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
