From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Good but can be even better!
Pros:

The friendliness and the attitude of the staff. Sweet with a friendly smile on their faces and very happy and eager to help or give advice about activities and tours. The room was rather basic and had all we needed for a short stay and they replenished our water bottles every day which you can also refill from the cooler at the reception.t I would like to see more towels been offered. Location was good, within walking distance from everything. The place looked quite tropical with the palm trees and enjoyed our little verandas.

Cons:

At least a hand towel and a face towel. Only two towels are not enough and more shampoo and body wash. We payed a small amount for two extra towels. The bathroom needs renovation and the ventilator needs to be properly cleaned.

Perfect stay, perfect staff, perfect trip.
Pros:

Everything. We had a perfect stay for 4 nights. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Dee who has a warm heart and always willing to help.
- Location is perfect, close to the beach and all necessities. But also tucked away to avoid any loud noises.
- They provided help with booking tours which came at a cheaper price to those advertised elsewhere.
- Cleaning of the room was done quickly and effectively when required.
- They helped us with printing documents for our next trip.
- Any problem we had they solved immediately.

Pros:

The location is great. very nearby to the Cenang beach and eateries. Value for the money spent. The green lawn with coconut trees gives a good serenity. We also had time to sit around and relaxed. My friends and I enjoyed the stay.

Pros:

Lp emplacement est bon et la terrasse agréable ! Le personnel est très sympathique

Cons:

Humidité très présente et le toit fuyait . Il n'y a aucune isolation acoustique et lors des pluies ça fait énormément de bruit.
Il faudrait aussi quelques porte serviette ou rangement pour les vêtements

Pros:

Le personnel est juste ADORABLE, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très bien situé sur la rue principale à proximité de toutes les activités et 15 min en voiture de l’aéroport.
La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Il est un peu cher mais c’est un détail car tout le reste est très bien.
Il ne font pas de location de scooter mais il y en a plein à côté donc pas embêtant.
