Top notch hotel and rooms
Pros:

The rooms were absolutely perfect - very spacious, with very comfortable beds and the perfect temperature. Definitely the best stay we've had in Japan so far. Our kids loved the kids room. It was great to have an onsen right inside the hotel.

Cons:

It was a little out of the way, not much around this area but we knew that when we booked. We didn't get a chance to explore the grounds as it was raining heavily the whole time we were there but despite the remote location I think it would have been a great place to explore the outdoors.

ホテル内外が大変清潔感があり綺麗。静かで落ち着いており、ゆっくりと過ごせた。スタッフの方の対応も良く、宿泊料金も安く大変良かったです。

We liked the stay and the rooms. Staff is prompt and helpful.
Pros:

This a really beautiful property sitting next to a golf course with a view of the golf course and the forest behind it. If you planning to do the Alps and have to reach Ogizawa station then this property is just 15 min drive from the station. The breakfast buffet is good.

Good environment but staff poor service.
Pros:

Good room design layout, spacious, green and quiet

Cons:

Staff English is poor and reluctant to help us guests. I asked the staff to make phone call to my car hire company to extend one more day, but they seemed reluctant to help, until my repeated requests. They pretended not to understand my request.

Pros:

Het hotel heeft alles wat je maar kan wensen. Een zwembad, onsen, kid's club, twee restaurants, comfortabele kamers. De kamers waren groot, mooi en proper. De bedden waren de beste die we gehad hebben tot nu toe. Het personeel was heel hulpvaardig en vriendelijk en hebben geholpen met onze valiezen naar het volgende hotel te versturen.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt redelijk afgelegen en bussen rijden infrequent waardoor je wel zo'n beetje bent aangewezen op de restaurants in het hotel. Daarvan maken ze dan uiteraard gebruik om de prijs hoog te houden. 6500 yen pp voor een buffetrestaurant is wel een beetje overdreven.
