水回りもイタリアでは最高レベルで部屋のインテリアも素敵で概ねよかった。難点はレセプションまでの階段のみ。。
Pros:

まずロケーションが最高。世界遺産の街の旧市街にありながら無料駐車スペース確保の指南があり、無料で駐車できた。

Cons:

重いスーツケースを持って長い階段を上がらなければならなかったこと。4つ星ならポーターがいて荷物を持って上がってくれでもよいかな、と。

Posizione strategica in una traversa del corso principale, vicino a punti di interesse bar e ristoranti. Arredamento della stanza ricercato e di qualità, bellissimo bagno.

Cons:

Macchina del caffè a pagamento, un extra ormai quasi sempre incluso in strutture così raffinate.

Pros:

Location was lovely, the room was stylish and clean. The room had a coffe machine, and a balcony which was nice.

Cons:

Did not realise that the pool is only for a certain room type which was not clear when we booked. You had to pay for the coffee pods for the machine. We have stayed in 6 different hotels on this trip. This was up there in terms of price.

Super recomendable!
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada en el centro cerca de todo! Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y tienen todo lo necesario! El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento! Me encantó!

Absolutely recommendable!
Pros:

The location is fabulous, you simply walk down the street and you are in the heart of Noto! An add on was that we were able to park our car in the car parking very close by on the other side of the road. As breakfast is not offered go to Cafe Sicilia to have a Granita with Brioche!

Our room was very tastefully designed and we loved the Ortigia products!

Cons:

There is nothing not to like!

Déçu par rapport au descriptif fait sur le site , hôtel 4etoiles ?
Pros:

Situation géographique, en plein centre historique à proximité de la piétonne principale
Chambre agréable

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à une réception physique, pas de petit déjeuner proposé, aucune piscine à disposition , aucune prestation supplémentaire proposée.
Seul contact avec le personnel le matin du départ pour le paiement et la taxe de séjour qu’on nous demande de payer si possible en cash .

Disappointed customer.

Location is central to Noto and room was clean.

Cons:

I do not normally submit reviews, but I thought in this instance it was useful to share an experience.

After I had checked out from the hotel, the hotel contacted me to tell me they would deduct EUR 61 from my deposit for two missing towels. Personally I remember very clearly placing these towels on the bed before leaving and locking the door.

All I would say is, that if you do decide to stay in this hotel, please make sure you inspect the room with the receptionist before leaving the premises to avoid this happening to you.
