Excellent breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent - and so were the staff at breakfast

Cons:

Unsmiling welcome from person on reception on arrival - other staff we met seemed fine.
We arrived on a very hot day and our top floor room, instead of having proper air con, had a large mobile unit with a hose leading out of the window (noisy and we had to leave window open). Luckily we were only there for 1 night

Stylish hotel in a fantastic location and a great base for exploring Zurich.
Pros:

Great boutique hotel in an excellent location with easy access to the train station, restaurants and central Zurich. The hotel had a stylish artistic feel, the room was comfortable, and staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect for a short stay before flying home after our Eurovision Europe trip.

Cons:

We stayed on the first floor facing the road and could hear traffic noise until late at night.

Excellent location and the staff were very helpful and friendly, hotel was very clean

Charmantes kleines Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut: kurzer Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof, zur Altstadt, nicht weit zum See, Uetlibahn-Station direkt vor der Nase, diverse Trams und Busse in der Nähe, Einkaufsläden, Cafes und Bars. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Einziger Punkt: Beim Frühstück hätte die Käse- und Wurstauswahl gern mal variiert werden können.

Cama muy cómoda y habitación limpia.

Cons:

Hubo mucho ruido en el pasillo de madrugada y se escucha todo desde la habitación. Paso también un carrito con platos e hizo mucho ruido.
