La proverbiale accoglienza scozzese qui è al massimo grado!
La posizione è ottima e i servizi sono tutti molto buoni

It absolutely suited our needs by being near to the museum and town centre.

Greate location, very hot room.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast was good/adequate. Good location in the centre of town, we were able to park in the hotel car park, which was a bonus, they only have a few places.

Cons:

We stayed on the second floor. The room had a very low ceiling and windows that only opened a small amount due to double glazing design. The towel rail was permanently on without any way to shut it off. Don’t know if that was the cause but the room was very warm and stifling (outside was around 14C). We managed to get a fan from reception but it didn’t make much difference to a very uncomfortable night’s lack of sleep.

Et hotel der trænger til en kraftig opdatering.
Pros:

Ikke så meget, men flot udsigt til floden.

Cons:

Slidt, vinduer der var svære at åbne, dårlige senge. Meget støj fra vejen

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

The location, the friendly staff, the outdoor Gin Garden, the history of the hotel, the food was delicious, highly recommend the high tea. The scones and the meringues were delicious. The bar area was very inviting and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying again.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions but was very disappointed this time. Won't return

Location was near to the concert hall.

Cons:

I couldn't get parked in the car park on arrival and waited almost 30 minutes to get parked. I ordered high tea for our evening meal as we were going to a concert in the evening, unfortunately the fish was not acceptable and when a member of staff asked if everything was ok after 40 minutes I informed her it was not. I was ordered another meal but did not have time so refused. My meal was not charged. There was a wedding party in the the hotel and it appeared the staff were struggling, a lot of new staff still being trained.

An iconic Perth landmark but the hotel is rather dated and tired. Sadly, I didn’t sleep well.
Pros:

Lovely location and our room had a view over the river and the old bridge.

Cons:

Room was incredibly warm and very difficult to ventilate. The sash windows had to be propped open with wooden coat hangers in order to get a little air into the room.

Pros:

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. We had access to the games room, the room had a bath which we didn’t expect. Breakfast was self service and tasted lovely’

Cons:

The bed was quite uncomfortable and when running the bath the water was yellow. Only 2 plug sockets on the other side of the room from the bed.
