Overall good location and hotel with excellent staff
Unfortunately had problems with shower and TV small and working well
Helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet and comfortable bed. Hotel also in great location
Shower basin in bathroom filled up and pressure not adjustable
Large room, friendly staff & good choice at breakfast.
We always stay here when we visit Perth & have a warm & welcoming stay every time.

Large rooms
Great breakfast choice
Friendly staff
Free parking at hotel if you get there early
Bathroom extractor fans very noisy, we got woken up several times in middle of the night by other rooms extractor fans!
If they fix those I would give it 10/10
Position, parking and breakfast was incredible
Needs air on as room was very hot.
Excellent location for restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery. Very walkable.
The room was a little warm and we could only open the window a small amount.
Breakfast the room was ok
Air conditioning
The hot full Scottish breakfast provided an excellent start to the day. Fueled for hours and was often enough to take me through until dinner. Offered was scrambled or fried eggs over easy, cooked mushrooms, cooked tomatoes, Scottish breakfast beans, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee of course-all hot, excellent and on a breakfast buffet for portions of your own control. The staff recognized me when entering, the dining room servers do their job with a smile and deserve special acknowledgment there. The front desk staff was responsive to every question, and arranged for a cab even on days where local events would have accounted for a shortage. I trusted that I could count on them for anything with a prompt response. The location was directly on the River Tay. My room overlooked the river and it was a delight to pull a chair to the window and do my laptop work with the lovely view right outside. For access to the "City Center" of Perth, it was perfectly located. This trip was without a car rental, and everything was walkable within a short distance. Wonderful restaurants, a small convenience store to pick up snacks to carry on a hike. The Perth Museum is a very short walk from the hotel, as well as two art museums which were not visited. The train and the bus stations are about a fifteen minute walk from the hotel. The location is worth staying at this hotel, even without all of the other plusses.
I cannot think of anything that I didn't like
Morgenmads teamet var super og i godt humør
Meget lidt parkering
Just perfection
Decor
Gorgeous lobby; Historic, well-appointed public spaces. The breakfast was good.
The rooms do not have air conditioning, which is fairly normal in the UK. Our room was very hot, though it was cool outside, because the window could only be opened about 2 inches. There was a mechanism that limited how far the window could be opened. Our room was up three flights of stairs. There are no lifts in the hotel, which is also normal for most UK hotels.
