Amazingly wonderful!
Pros:

Our room was absolutely amazing with elegant fixtures, extra comfy, spacious and a wonderful view of the Sarawak River. Great location within walking distance to the Kuching Waterfront & other tourist attractions. Most accommodative with regards to room early check-in & late check-out. Our buffet breakfast is delicious & the staff are friendly & efficient in serving us. Thank you very much for making our stay happy & memorable. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Ideal location to waterfront, restaurants and other places of interests.
Staff were really nice.
Staff accomodated my request for rooms close to each other. Thank you especially for this attention to detail.

Free rounds of sodas in refrigerator in the room.
A great gesture of water bottles in the room.

Breakfast was great with variety of options.

Cons:

Had a lady who cut the queue and staff just let her be. Staff should be fair and able to handle the matter differently. Sometimes some guests can be annoyingly arrogant, especially when they have status or not (!), sadly.

Should have more tea, coffee, creamer etc in room and not just 2 each as per 2 occupants.

Great stay and look forward to my next visit at the same hotel.
Pros:

Hotel room was very clean and feels refreshing. Location is excellent, walking distance to the Waterfront and nearby cafes and shops.

Cons:

Limited choices for breakfast. I spent 3 nights at the hotel and had breakfast 3 times, and the food was exactly the same. Should change the food menu once in a while.

Ok stay
Pros:

Comfy room in a good location in town. Some of the staff were helpful (especially an older guy on the door when I arrived) and others were pointless (several of the younger guys on the door only moved their bums to open the door when you were almost inside anyway).

Cons:

Weird place if you want a drink as you have to walk outside, go down a ramp and round the corner then enter another building. I ordered room service and the food was only warm so maybe it travels the same long route.

Pros:

地點佳。房間大，採光好。有提供免費無線網路。有游泳池。早餐自助式，很豐富，可以跟櫃檯說要素食。櫃檯服務很好，有問必答。

Cons:

除了飲用水取得不易之外，其餘沒什麼好挑剔的。（但可以跟櫃檯要求取水）

A good night sleep
Pros:

Great location. The beds were super comfortable. One of the best beds I've slept it,.. even better than some 5 Star hotels I've stayed in. I'd definitely stay here again because of the comfy beds n location.

Bathroom was a not outdated and old.
