TV not much choice of channels
Everything from the check in to check out was great. We asked for extra towel & the towel was delivered warm. It feels cozy. The location is superb that we even walk along waterfront at night.
We checked in during peak time. It was Gawai holiday weekend, which also a mean school mid year holiday. The pool was so crowded which is understandable but they were kids who keep diving and making stunts at the pool. They were at the pool without adult supervisions and just keep diving & don't seems to care about others. Some of them even get the big pebbles from flower pots and threw inside the pool. It's dangerous. Maybe can improve this part for the convenience of others
Comfortable bed, room design is very functional, room is very spacious.
The air-conditioning system is not easy to adjust. The room is a little cold even after I raise the temperature to 27 degrees C.

I did request for a simple deco for my room as it was my 10th wedding anniversary. As we arrived in the room, they also gave us complimentary a slice of cheesecake with a wordings on the plate. The swan folding towel too were there on the bed. I really appreciate the efforts. Well done & keep it up.

Near shop and waterfront

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Unfortunately, there was a leak above the wardrobe in my room due to a blocked air-conditioning unit. I appreciate the hotel staff for their quick response in repairing the issue and cleaning the clothes that were affected by the water.
However, when I initially requested a room change, I was informed that I would be moved to another room on the same floor. Later in the afternoon, I was told that the room change would not proceed and that another room on a higher floor would be arranged instead. Despite this, the wardrobe area was left with standing water and was not properly cleaned.
Although I understand that the hotel was busy with a large number of guests checking in, I believe the management should pay closer attention to guest complaints and ensure that issues are fully resolved.
In addition, the breakfast experience was disappointing. There was a long queue even at 8:30 a.m., and many food items were not being refilled promptly, leaving limited choices for guests.

The parking attendant was very attentive to my father's condition and mobility limitations due to his age. He kindly arranged a parking spot directly in front of the lobby, which made our arrival much more convenient and comfortable.
During our stay, we needed to validate our parking ticket at the front desk before heading out for dinner. After waiting for the staff to finish assisting another guest, I approached the counter and requested parking validation. While the request was eventually handled, the interaction felt rather cold, and the staff's demeanor came across as unwelcoming. A more friendly and attentive approach would have enhanced the guest experience.
On our third day of stay, our room was not serviced despite requesting housekeeping earlier in the day. We followed up again at around 4:00 PM when we saw staff nearby, but no service was provided by 6:00 PM. At around 8:00 PM, a housekeeper arrived and apologized, explaining he was managing the workload alone.
