No view. My view was a brick wall and windows were painted blocking any natural light coming in.

Room was very small for the price paid. Pictures made room look allot bigger

Had to get a working refrigerator and blinking light replaced. Had 2 of them left the unworking cooler/ refrigerator in room

The a/c in room 402 wasn’t working. Maintenance said I had to give the a/c 30min to an hour to come on. A/c never came on. Went 32 hours with out a/c

Communication between booking dot com and the hotel was not the best. They didn’t realize we had a reservation, thank God they had a spare room.

The location, staff, and room were great. The shower in particular had great pressure and the provided amenities were helpful.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard and lumpy which did not help my back. The pillows also were not as comfortable as I would like. I would bring my own pillow next time.

LOVED THE HOTEL! Loved the energy of the place. Loved the location! Loved all of the staff! Loved the bar! The atmosphere! EVERYTHING! When I visit New Orleans again, I will be coming back to stay here! 10/10! All of the staff was excellent from the security, to check in, to valet, to maintenance and the bar! Everyone treated my friend and I with such welcomeness and love! Spencer at the bar felt like home! He was so kind and sweet, made cocktails so well, made great suggestions to do things outside of the hotel and where to go in the city! I made a lifelong friend! The food at the bar was good. Clean rooms! Our toilet overflowed when we came back to our room once, maintenance fixed it immediately. Valet was great! Priced pretty much the same everywhere and we felt safe with our car parked at the hotel property. Great location! Walkable to everything! I will be coming back! The Saint made my birthday experience overly great! 💯😍🙂‍↕️🫶🏼

A short sentence to sum up my stay was unbelievably awesome.
Pros:

The location is awesome. It's right on the edge of the French Quarter within walking distance to everything. The management is very accommodating. We stayed in the St Christopher Suite. It was absolutely beautiful. Clean, Floor to ceiling white marble bathrooms. Large claw foot soaking tub with silver feet. Large walk-in shower with unlimited hot water and amazing water pressure. Spa level lotions, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plush white towels and washcloths. The bed has a large white leather headboard with a unique design, very comfortable down comforters. Absolutely no complaints. The ambiance and decor are a surprise that makes you smile the duration of your stay. The place is amazing. The service was excellent and Niah (hope I spelled this correctly) the supervisor (if she's not management, with the way she handles customers, she should be) was so helpful and professional. The manager (female, hair pulled back, glasses, I'm sorry I don't remember your name, I'm the gentleman whose wife had, let's just say an incident with the glass wall beside the entrance doors to the lobby. LOL) was also very helpful, polite, genuinely cared and made us feel welcome in a way other hotel managers and staff can seem, I guess, cold and uncaring or act as if they are better than you and you don't belong there. We will be staying at The Saint regularly as we go to New Orleans frequently and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed with. Thank you Management and staff for an unforgettable 3 days

When I return to New Orleans The Saint will be my choice.
Pros:

The Saint certainly met and exceeded expectations. I always choose a Marriott property if possible. The staff was AMAZING!
