ゆいレールを利用するためのロケーションとがよかった。

中国人のおかげでポイントダウン．
Pros:

レンタカーを返す前に一時的にホテルに寄って荷物を預けたのですが，とても親切に対応して頂けました．ゆいレールの駅直結でとてもアクセスが良かった．食事のバリエーションが豊富でどれもおいしくおなかいっぱいになりました．

Cons:

唯一残年だったのが中国人が多かったこと．朝食でマナーの悪い中国人が隣にきたので，おいしい朝食が台無しでした．

Pros:

牧志站出來，不會淋到雨就可到飯店，也有附停車位，逛街很方便。工作人員很好，也都會講英文。更換毛巾或清潔的人員也都打掃的乾乾淨淨的。

Cons:

隔音沒有很好，隔壁有敲到牆會聽得到。

牧志站旁邊很方便
Pros:

住宿地點在牧志站旁邊，不會淋到雨，就可到飯店，非常方便，樓下就有超商和超市。房間完全沒有煙味，很乾淨。

Cons:

隔音不太好，其中一天晚上疑似樓上的房客，可能是小孩跑來跑去，聲音蠻明顯。

Pros:

Convenience in the train station going to Naha airport

Cons:

Although there are four of us in the family, we initially made the reservation for two adults. Since the hotel policy states that children are welcome, we understood that our 17-year-old son would still be allowed to stay with us in the same room.
On the first day, we paid for an additional room for our eldest son. For the remaining days, we only paid the additional-person charge so that we could all stay together. We also agreed to downgrade the room we had originally booked.

The initial room we booked had a microwave inside. However, the hotel staff transferred us to another room, explaining that the new room was bigger and could accommodate an additional bed. We did not really need the extra bed because the bed in our original room was bigger and could comfortably accommodate us.

Since we understood that the change was made because of the number of guests in our family, we felt that we had no choice but to follow what the hotel staff advised. We also tried to request a refund, but we were told that this was not possible because we would be charged the full amount for our entire three-day stay.

We would appreciate it if you could review our situation and clarify whether the additional charges and room change were necessary, considering that the hotel policy states that children are welcome.

Despite all of these circumstances, we are still satisfied with our overall experience and appreciate the assistance provided by the hotel staff.
