El checkin pese haber hecho preregistro físico en la mañana, al llegar en la noche por poco nos hacen dormir en el lobby, al final a las 2am nos dieron una habitación fea.
Además ya es un mes y todavía no me devuelven los $100 de garantía
The pool had a 5 foot deep end and the water was refreshing. The room had black out shades. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was mostly quiet even though we were on the highway side of the building.
The Continental breakfast wasn't heart healthy.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
They tried to double charge me for my room and when I showed them on black and white paper it still took them almost 6 hours to get it figured out, even with a manager. Upon checking out the manager tried to double charge me again for parking and became hateful when I showed her my receipt.i will never stay here again simply because of the way the manager treated her staff and me.
The beds were not as comfortable as I expected them to be. I always stay at holiday inn and express and the beds are super comfy but these were not!! Definitely need to work on that. But everything else was good!
