We arrived at the hotel well before check-in time, yet we were given a room. Moreover, we were offered breakfast upon check-in since we were leaving very early the next day. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of choices. The room matched the description—and was even slightly better—featuring a view of Heroes' Square. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the train station, the Széchenyi Baths, and the city center. The staff were very polite and friendly. I recommend this hotel.
One thing that wasn't quite clear: the in-room safe is good, but it isn't anchored to anything—it could easily be carried off in a small suitcase.

This hotel provides a great location with a varied and substantial breakfast for an economical price near the centrally located Heroe’s Square in Budapest. David deserves special mention for his outstanding customer service and by the way, Happy Birthday David. We hope you had a great celebration with family and friends in your beautiful hometown of Eger. The rooms are well appointed and include a safe, refrigerator, high ceilings and leafy trees to keep the room shady and cool along with the AC. This hotel is highly recommended.
The outside of the hotel could use a thorough cleaning and a bit of a touch up paint job. We noticed quite a few cobwebs from the breakfast room on the outside windows and from the front stairs. The inside of the hotel has gone through a recent remodeling that could be enhanced with an outside refresh as well.

A reggeli friss, finom és választékos. A recepción kért kávét nagyon szerettem. A fürdő tágas és tiszta.
A szobaajtó nem hangszigetel rendesen, a folyosóról minden behallatszik.
Hotel je fakt kousek od zastávky metra a poměrně kousek od ZOO Budapešť, která byla cílem naší cesty. Snídaně byla taková ta klasická hotelová, takže fakt dostačující. Zajímavostí jistě je nabídka bylinných čínských čajů. Pokoje byly prostorné s čisté, stejně tak i koupelna.
Jedině snad přistýlka byla dost tvrdá, ale to se u přistýlky asi dá očekávat :)
