Good location, easy walking around the area.
Heavy bags and no word that reception is upstairs, the same for rooms it’s all stairs and no lift.
Booked a superior room, no milk, go to ring there’s no phone in the room. No bathrobe as stated.
The toilet was upon the shower.
Wasn’t what I’d say was superior.
Parking a major issue 5 spaces that’s it.

Poor shower, extremely noisy all night long, uncomfortable pillows, no air-conditioning, no drinking water in room. No information when booking of neighbouring pubs/clubs/karaoke bar./busy road

Bed a bit small
The room was well decorated and very clean. The fridge was good.

The weather was very hot so I would have liked to open the windows wider than allowed.
Breakfast was freshly cooked on the first day but a buffet on the pther days. The fried eggs were cold on the buffet

Great venue in the middle of Southport ideal for the local attractions and for us for the golf very well laid out comfortable rooms and excellent staff - would always stay again if in the area

Excellent service from Claudia on reception, who was a joy to assist us .Cannot fault the way we were treated and how comfortable the room was.
Very poor menu selection for coelliacs, also informed when choosing from menu the fryer was contaminated so no fish and ciphs. However the lady on reception(Claudia) spoke to the chef and they were able to produce a Gluten Free meal for my wife. Poor selection of draught ciders and bottled variery. Food to fancy and too many spicy options no straight forward type of meals.

The room decorated dark felt lovely not like being in a hotel room. The window being open to try and air the room was very much appreciated on a very hot day the fan was fantastic.
The shower tray had no non slip surface or shower mat. Could have done with a hand rail or something but I didn’t disclose my disability and that’s on me. I didn’t say anything I didn’t like to because we was only booked in for the 1 night but if we was booked for a longer stay I would have asked for something.
To be handed a pice of paper on check in to phone a number which has an extension written only to find a phone line and no actual phone again very strange why bother with the paperwork.
