Not only was the hotel experience great, but also the airport shuttles and the tours arranged by staff for Colca Canyon and Sillar.

Hotel céntrico y acogedor
Pros:

La ubicación fue excelente, esta céntrico, se puede ir andando a muchos lugares. El hotel el interior es muy bonito, da mucha tranquilidad, el personal muy atento.

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron tenía muy poca luz, la ducha era solo de techo y salía mal, hacía frío en el interior, no tiene calefacción, pero lo arreglaron dejándonos un calefactor para la ducha, se puede mejorar el desayuno algo excaso.

Pros:

Las habitaciones de sillar son hermosas y enormes. La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a los principales lugares turísticos de la ciudad y los mejores restaurantes.

Cons:

Es algo menor y que de todos modos solucionamos: el desayuno no arrancó 7 am en punto y yo tenía que salir muy temprano. Si lo necesitan, mejor reconfirmen con la cocina.

Struttura con ottima posizione!
Pros:

Ottima posizione e struttura storica. Disponibili, ci hanno preparato delle box perchè partivamo prestissimo la mattina dopo e non avremmo potuto fare la colazione.

Cons:

Il cuscino era macchiato di sangue, ma mi hanno sostituito subito la federa. Due prese vicino ai letti non funzionavano, ma ce ne erano altre in camera e abbiamo potuto caricare i telefoni.

Bel hôtel
Pros:

L'accueil et le petit déjeuner. La propreté, le lit confortable. L'emplacement . Le réceptionniste m'a gentiment donné ma chambre avant l'heure.

Cons:

Ma chambre bien que située autour du joli petit jardin n'avait pas de fenêtres. Les odeurs qui venaient de la salle de bain ,même si j'ai conscience que l'hôtel ne peut peut-être rien n'y faire, étaient persistantes.
