Pros:

Minha hospedagem no Pátio de San Telmo foi agradável. O espaço é lindo, as áreas comuns são bem diferentes do que estamos acostumados a encontrar em hotéis mais tradicionais, e a arquitetura é muito charmosa, aconchegante e bonita.
O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem, e todos os colaboradores do hotel são extremamente cordiais e simpáticos.
Mas a melhor parte da hospedagem foi, sem dúvida, o mascote do hotel. Esse gatinho lindo circula pelo espaço, especialmente durante as manhãs, e conquista qualquer pessoa que goste de animais. Confesso que saí de lá com o coração apertado por deixá-lo para trás. Ele foi responsável por vários atrasos no meu roteiro,

No entanto, tive dois percalços que acho importante mencionar para que outros hóspedes não sejam pegos de surpresa.
O primeiro deles foi em relação ao ar-condicionado. Em determinado dia, quis aquecer o quarto e percebi que, apesar de o aparelho fazer ruído e indicar mudanças de temperatura, nada acontecia. O mesmo ocorria quando eu tomava banho e o quarto ficava muito quente: eu tentava diminuir a temperatura, mas sem sucesso. Liguei para a recepção e me informaram que enviariam um técnico. Saí para passear e, quando voltei, percebi que nada havia mudado. No dia seguinte, entrei em contato novamente e outro funcionário me explicou que o sistema de ar-condicionado é central, ou seja, a temperatura é a mesma para todos os quartos e não pode ser ajustada individualmente.
A segunda questão foi em relação ao quarto. Nas fotos da reserva aparecem acomodações com banheira, mas o meu quarto não possuía uma. Fui informado de que, caso quisesse esse item, seria necessário pagar por um upgrade. Acredito que essa informação poderia ficar mais clara no momento da reserva, então recomendo confirmar diretamente com o hotel qual categoria de quarto está sendo reservada.

Pros:

Atendimento e localização (próximo à praça de San Telmo e de mercados para quem pretende comprar vinhos ).

Cons:

Banheiro apertado com portas que não fechavam completamente e descarga barulhenta. Iluminação deficiente.

A great sleep in a charming, stylish, no-nonsense hotel!
Pros:

This is a charming, stylish hotel in a great location for visiting the Southern area of the city. My room was big and beautiful, on the upper inner courtyard, so dead silent at night. The temperature was perfect too. The shower is great, and everything is really clean. The breakfast is good compared to all the other hotels in this price range that I stayed in around Argentina this year, although there are always too many sweet breads, cakes and jams, and not enough meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit and vegetables for me.

Cons:

The room needs some more light, especially in the closet area. Don't expect any idle chit-chat from the hotel staff. I would have liked to see a friendly smile and heard at least a quick "buenas tardes" when I came in. As a single female traveller, I didn't love how dark the surrounding streets are at night, but the hotel itself feels really safe and comfortable.

Gute Lage in San Telmo mit super freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Bequemes großes Bett, großes Bad.
Wasser auch tagsüber kostenlos zur Verfügung, Frühstück gut.
San Telmo Markthalle , sowie ein leckeres Restaurant und innovatives Café gleich um die Ecke

Cons:

Heizung o.ä. War ab und an relativ laut, aber ist halt Innenstadt. Und man hat sich schnell daran gewöhnt
