we arrived at the hotel to celebrate NG on the beach, but immediately faced disrespect at the reception, we were not given our room class, but demanded an additional payment. After the showdown, we got our number. do not turn on the air conditioner. The smell of dampness comes from there. There are midges in the rooms that bite. breakfast at the hotel was normal- you won't stay hungry. There is a delicious ice cream shop next to the hotel. The famous night market with a mill is 20 minutes away. The hotel offers the right to use the pool in a hundred 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. the pool is gorgeous.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location on the seafront is good with a choice of shops and restaurants very close at hand. As my other Pattaya hotel was fully booked for New Year, I was glad to glad a room here (even at a slightly inflated price). Stayed four nights and felt comfortable.

Cons:

Can be a little noisy and the open plan bathroom/toilet set-up is a little odd.

The Hotel was ok, wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful.

Cons:

No smoking allowed on the balcony.
No privacy in the toilet in the room. It is just a three quarter glass door, ok if you are staying alone. WiFi was impossible to connect to. QR code didn’t work.

Pillows were very big and highly uncomfortable.
They charged us over 1000 baht for a late check out of 1.5 hours. Highly unaccommodating. Stayed here for 4 nights and room wasn’t really ocean view

Never staying here again. Unprofessional staff
Pros:

Nice design modern good location.

Cons:

First issue was they wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid cash for the deposit despite being able to use cards and advertising Visa card acceptance everywhere. Second issue was is accidentally left a suit in my room. They at first told me at check out that my room was fine. Then the man came ask me if I left clothing when I was walking out.. I had found women’s clothing in my room from previous guests and left it by the garbage. There was miscommunication which can happen. But when I came back to the hotel the man at the desk just started yelling at me. I tried to explain it was a misunderstanding but he kept shouting at me and wouldn’t listen. It was extremely unprofessional for hotel staff. I’ll ever stay here again even though I was planning to at first. There also was no hot water in my room during the stay. It was lukewarm at best.
