Good location and airport shuttle service
Pros:

Good location, perfect airport transfer, reception team great, room good.

Cons:

Breakfast team stood chatting with each other and did not approach us at all. We found a table and tried to work out what was where for breakfast. Italian is not our first language and this was not the most helpful start to our holiday.

La chambre très confortable. Les femmes de ménage très agréables.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas du tout à la hauteur. Très peu de choix en salé.
Le personnel de l'accueil pour certain, méprisant. On sentait quon les dérangeaient.
Le parking sous terrain dangereux, mal agencé.

Nice facility but it lacks the warmth of southern Italy.
Pros:

Great location close to the airport. The food in the restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

After spending some wonderful time on vacation in southern Italy, we found the front desk staff to be rather unfriendly, somewhat rude and unhelpful. This is a complete exception to the warm, friendly and accommodating staff we found at so many other hotels while we were on an extended vacation in Italy. It was very disappointing and set an uncomfortable tone for our stay there.
