Nonostante la nostra prenotazione last minute a causa di un ritardo con il nostro aereo, lo staff è stato estremamente accomodante a fare il check in nella notte. Molto efficiente il servizio navetta e ottima la colazione

Air conditioning didn’t work in first room so they moved us. Woke up the next morning at 3am for our early flight and the electricity wasn’t working (yes, we had the key in the slot correctly). So we got ready for our flight in the pitch dark.
LOCATION IS GREAT! WE LOVED THE SET UP OF THE CLOSET/ DRESSING ROOM IN OUR ROOM, WE ENJOYED THE BOTTLED WATERS IN OUR ROOMS, SHUTTLE DRIVERS WERE WONDERFUL AND TIMELY, THE DINING STAFF WAS GREAT AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD. I WISH THEY OPENED AT 7PM NOT 8. :-)
Not a friendly front desk!!! When I told them we had to drop off our car at Hertz would they pick us up, they said yes, JUST CALL! We called but no one told us we had to walk into the airport and pick up was at the departure terminal. We waited in the hot oppressive sun for 25 minutes, and on the 3rd call to them, I asked Where do you pick up, and they proceeded to to FINALLY tell us we had to now walk to the terminal. We're almost 80 years old and the heat was oppressive. We were NOT FEELING WELL dehydrating and we were not HAPPY!

Nice and close to airport, good selection at breakfast and free shuttle to and from airport.
The dinner at restaurant was mediocre at best and way overpriced. The service was very slow and the entire staff never engaged and seemed totally disinterested in making it an enjoyable experience. The hotel starting from the lobby was very cold and sterile, and the staff seemed to blend in with the surroundings. Rooms are overpriced as well.
