La atención y las instalaciones.

Nos decantamos por este hotel, aún siendo el doble de caro que otros, porque tenía parking. Cuando preguntamos por teléfono nos dijeron que estaba detrás del hotel. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaba junto al hotel, que estaba a unos 100 metros, al lado de la estación de tren. Al final resultó que no pudimos acceder a él porque no lo encontramos. La estación estaba a más de 100 metros y no había ningún cartel, ni señal que indicara cuál era o dónde estaba el parking. Tuvimos que dar un montón de vueltas para conseguir aparcar, de madrugada, en una calle relativamente próxima al hotel. Creo que deberían señalizarlo mejor, para hacer más visible su acceso, o dar una dirección concreta para poder encontrarlo con el GPS.

La prima impressione (della zona e dell’interno dell’hotel) non è il massimo, la distanza a piedi dal centro (anche se ci sono degli autobus che passano lì vicino)
