Pros:

Our stay was above expectations. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff polite and friendly, and the breakfast delicious. The hotel is situated in a beautiful place just twenty minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed our short break and we hope to go back soon.

Pros:

Le personnel : accueillant, disposé à aider et à renseigner. Il nous a accordé un départ tardif sans hésiter, a appelé des compagnies de taxi, etc.

Cons:

La proximité d'une mare aux canards qui ne sentait pas bon. Une voisine bruillante un matin. Notre chambre du deuxième n'a qu'un Vasistas mais de grande taille. Venez en voiture, mais le bus pas à proximité.

To be honest when you drive up it looks impressive but once in the accommodation we weren't happy
Pros:

The location was good for our intended visit to Sandringham Castle.

Cons:

When we checked in we wasn't made aware of times for breakfast and facilities etc the couple before us were given a comprehensive overview. The room was tired and could do with updates considering the nightly rate. Double bed was extremely noisy and squeaked loudly when moving. Bathroom needed major updates and at times no hot water, grouting needed as mould and gaps in places. Bins, lampshades and kettles were worn and old fashioned. Window frames were rotten. No fridge in room. Breakfast was small portions for the price. No lighting in parking area after dark either.

Peaceful stay at Heacham Manor
Pros:

The room was nice and large, the beds were comfortable and the facilities were good. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and availability. We would definitely stay again, such a wonderful setting and lovely peaceful surroundings.
