old fashion rooms need electrical updating .. stuck in old fashion ways staff need a few lesson in customer service .. e

the roof top pool

Cons:

aircon system not strong enough to cool the rooms had to ask for a fan . housekeeping very helpful though . the lady in charge of house keeping was very amicable even after the third change of room .. needs updating also they don’t have netflix or other satellites you have to use your own account . wifi ok .

スタッフの応対がとてもよかった

Cons:

気候のせいもあるが、ウインドタイプのエアコンがいまいちでした。あとは電源コンセントのレイアウトが使いにくいので、延長コードの常備があればいい。

The hotel is just ok but if they can do deep floor cleanings, it will be really great!
Pros:

Location is nice. Guests can access to nearby shopping centers and malls.

Cons:

The floor corners around the bed has a dense layer of dust which shows it is never been cleaned for months.

I instantly fell in love with the lobby’s timeless design. The space felt warm, quiet, and comfortable - making it a perfect staycation destination.

Cons:

No complaints at all. The staff were very nice, accommodating, and always helpful. The first room assigned to us had a malfunctioning air conditioner, and they immediately transferred us to another room instead of making us wait while they tried to fix it. We really appreciated how quickly they handled the situation. Special thanks as well to Ms. Marilen, the Executive Housekeeper, for making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres sont propres avec tous les équipements nécessaires. De plus, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner (compris dans le tarif avec la chambre) est un petit peu limité en termes de choix et pas exceptionnel, même s’il reste correct.
