Great:)
Pros:

The room was great, not big but really nice. Bathroom was modern and beds were comfy. Location was excellent, a lot of nice restaurants and pastry shops nearby.

Cons:

no lift, but didn't really matter.

Pros:

Location was good plenty of places to eat. The main problem was we were on the 3rd floor with no lift and no porter to help with bags. Little steep staircases to drag large suitcases up.

Cons:

No closet or wardrobe. No lift -you have to carry your own luggage. Not recommended for elderly or those with health concerns. This was not mentioned in the ads for this hotel.

Nice location, comfortable room, great staff
Pros:

The Italian gentleman at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was light and spacious, and had almost everything I needed. The bed was big and comfortable, so a good quality sleep is almost guaranteed. Finally, as a girl, I particularly appreciated a full-sized mirror in the room

Cons:

Having an ironing board and an iron in the room would be nice. Also, fitting the TV closer to the wall would prevent certain minor injuries of the guests
