Very welcoming and an excellent location!
Pros:

I've stayed at the Riviera Beach House on two business trips now. This is the perfect spot to stay on my last night of these trips, since it is located near numerous restaurants, stores, bars and breweries. A relaxing place to stay close to things to do is a much appreciated thing to have before being on flights for most of the next day.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and have made my stays here that much better. Thank you Chloe, Niah, Tristan, Calissa, and Anthony! (sorry if I spelled any of those wrong) If I find myself vacationing here instead of on business, this will be my top pick.

Valet parking was full when we checked in. We had to drive around and look for parking upon arriving. Location is great,

Location, location, location
Pros:

Great location near Funk Zone and beach. Very comfortable. Rooms were small but comfortable with very good amenities like a small fridge, etc. Excellent outdoor areas to hang out in plus excellent gatherings areas with games. Loved the vibe. Loved the location. No need for a vehicle. Do the valet parking.

Noisy and small room
Pros:

The hotel was renovated, wood floors, new shower, nice lounge space.

Cons:

Mattress too firm, pillows uncomfortable.
Room too small, we had the room above the restaurant on the street and it was too loud.

Great Location. Rundown and Small Rooms
Pros:

Overall suoer nice staff, but really rundown and tiny rooms at a super premium price. Felt like a Hampton Inn but we paid over $750/night. Good location but there are better options at the pricepoint.
