Location was great and stay was comfy
Pros:

We found it to be a very nicely renovated boutique hotel. It was very clean & comfy. Nothing super fancy but very budget friendly. Can’t wait to return

Comfortable, good facilities not responsive to reasonable guest requests.
Pros:

Friendly staff though unable to provide real assistance.

Cons:

I was told I was upgraded but i was put beside the lift well with travel and door opening and closing till after 10.30. Asked to be downgraded but told not possible, asked for a discount and told manager would discuss the following morning. I told receptionist my departing time but in the morning the manager did not appear before I left.

We only stayed 1 night so it's a bit hard to fairly judge the property.
Pros:

Shoreline is centrally located and within easy reach of transport. Also, it's far enough away from the main beach to avoid the night-time noise.
It's about 10 minutes walk to the beaches which is handy.
We liked the colourful paintwork in the rooms

Cons:

The room was OK but looked a bit dated. The pool was a little below expectations.

Das Hotel hat eibe tolle Lage - nah zum Strand und auch zu der Einkaufsstraße.

Pros:

The customer service team was good, it’s beautiful and in a great location

Cons:

The bathroom in room 1426 was sub par. The water out of the shower had black stuff coming out and the drain is bad!
