Pros:

I enjoyed the staff.
They were very friendly.
The restaurant being upstairs was convenient. And the overall location of the hotel was 10 out of 10

Cons:

The room itself was much smaller than anticipated. I opted for the no smoking room yet someone right next door to me was constantly smoking, after letting the staff know they did nothing about the people smoking.

all the staff are friendly and helpful

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel from September 3–5 and returned again from September 8–9.

During our first stay, we were very pleased with the room assigned to us and had a great experience. We particularly liked the bathroom, especially the bathtub, which made the room more comfortable.

However, during our second stay, we were assigned Room 305, and unfortunately, the room was not at the same standard as our first stay. I noticed that the toilet flush button/handle was cracked

Sehr schönes, gut geführtes Hotel. Leider etwas hellhörig.
Pros:

Hübsches, kleines Hotel mitten in Saigon. Sehr freundlich Personal, geschmackvoll ausgestattete Zimmer, die sehr sauber waren.
Hervorragendes Frühstück und großzügiger Nachmittagstee mit vielen kleinen Snacks.

Cons:

Wie schon in anderen Rezessionen erwähnt, gibt es eine Gesangsschule neben dem Hotel. Das kann tatsächlich sehr laut werden. Allerdings werden vom Hotel aus Ohropax bereitgestellt.

Value for money, close so everything
Pros:

Fabulous location, 200 mtrs to Ben Than Market. Easy walk to all city attractions. Roof top bar is great for food and drinks
Staff are very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Shower is over the bath which is no big deal but it leaks on to the floor
