The location for Wembley Stadium. And arrival drinks were a nice touch.
The room was very tired, there were stained surfaces. Peeling wallpaper, no robes or slippers and we asked several times for two more towels as we had dropped the towels in the shower on arrival … they never arrived. When paying £1300 for one night the service and level of the hotel was not as expected! Especially when others were paying £430 etc for the same rooms / service.
Always a great stay. Super comfortable and great vibe. Clean room and a great stocked mini bar.
Location, size of rooms. Roof top bar for residents only is all good.
Location was perfect for the concert. Dynamic pricing was a bit steep, they really hike up prices when concerts are on but they are right next to the stadium so it’s their main revenue so they shouldn’t do that.
Service charge on everything you pay for is steep as well.
Beds are too hard
The hotel was nice and cool in this lovely hot weather and had a pool which was a bonus , great for going to different places within Wembley ( concerts, theatre, shopping etc…) good size rooms and good amenities, fantastic breakfast options and very friendly staff, great terrace bar on the 9th floor.
Room could do with some TLC wall paper slightly peeling in places, our view from the window was a building but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.
Handy to everything and staff excellent from start to finish. Room was lovely and clean and ready before the usual check in time which was greatly appreciated
Nothing to dislike. The only thing that would have bettered it would be a free minibar and a nice view, but staff explained why they couldn’t offer a room with a view. There was no issue at all.
Every was perfect
Nothing
De locatie van het hotel en de groote van de kamer.
De prijs is te hoog voor de kamer die je krijgt
Location, as we were attending a concert at Wembley stadium.
The mini bar prices were far too high. If there was more sensible pricing, people would be much more likely to purchase them.
Room was very basic for what I paid even though the receptionist said we had a free upgrade to an executive room. There wasn't anything "executive " about it!
The price we paid for it. Almost £500 for 1 night stay.
adjoining rooms, and away from lift as requested
please upgrade the bathrooms and furniture , the beds are also very low and all very dated . for the cost it needs to be more modern . room for the cost faced an air condition vent. noise from corridor was very annoying . and also the inability to even store any items in the fridge is crazy.. I had a medicine that needed to be cool and I couldnt even put that in the fridge without it thinking I had moved or taken something .
Good location
Awkward check in staff
Great location for venue. Staff were polite and welcoming from the start. Easy check in.
The pillows were excellent. My only wish is if they sold them. I would in a heart beat.
There was nothing to dislike
