I had incorrectly booked my room for 2 nights but then messaged the property to say my daughter would only arrive ont he 2nd day but I had prepaid the hotel charges in full and I got email confirmation back to say yes of course the room will be held for my daughter.
This did not happen and my daughter spent a lot of time on the phone to me etc. before they finally agreed to give a room
It was all great, could have done with more teabags in the room.

The location is very close to Wembley stadium. Great if you got a concert. Very clean. Great staff. Our room was a lovely king size bed .
Be careful not to pick up what looks like free water crisps and sweets in your room . As soon as you do you'll get charged for it .... £9.50 for water . £6.50 for a very small Pringles !!
