Un sejur de vis, într-o atmosferă elegantă și relaxantă, cu servicii impecabile și momente de neuitat.
Pros:

O experiență cu adevărat deosebită! Un hotel elegant, cu o atmosferă rafinată, plajă privată și piscină superbă. Camerele sunt spațioase, confortabile și impecabil întreținute, iar personalul este extrem de profesionist și atent la fiecare detaliu. Am apreciat în mod deosebit și gestul elegant de a ne oferi un voucher pentru o masă gratuită la restaurant Capenao. Totul a fost la superlativ — cu siguranță vom reveni!

Change the gust relationship managers
Pros:

The view from the suite but once again 1500 euros for 3 days with a 0 service

Cons:

Gust Relationship Manager ignores your requests
No privately beach area, if you want a sunbed it cost 25/person, we had a LEVEL (UPPER CATEGORY) but I will strongly not recommend you to come to this hotel

Great location, good food helpful staff

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but the only thing I would recommend is maybe one member of staff is just doing the beer behind the outside beach bar as making cocktails takes time and sometimes the cue was long!

Atteinte aux bagages, défaillances majeures et manquements professionnels : Sécurité non garantie
Cons:

Séjour facturé plus de 300 CHF la nuit (août 2026), marqué par des anomalies techniques, une gestion défaillante, l'attitude problématique d'employés et un incident de sécurité majeur.

1. Inhabitabilité de 24h : Dès 16h00, climatisation inopérante, pièce entre 26,5°C et 28°C (canicule extérieure de 38°C). Les nombreuses déclarations contradictoires de la réception ont retardé la prise en charge. Seul équipement fourni : un ventilateur défectueux et insalubre. Changement de chambre (n°523) intervenu après plus de 24 heures de carence, assorti d'un crédit interne dérisoire et disproportionné de 100€.
2. Atteinte aux bagages en local restreint : Le 10 août, 3 bagages sécurisés par câbles d'acier tressé ont été remis en main propre pour stockage dans la consigne fermée à clé, contre 3 tickets officiels. À la restitution 4h plus tard, les câbles de haute sécurité de deux valises avaient été sectionnés à l'outil. La troisième valise (Rimowa de 1500 CHF) est restée intacte, établissant une intervention humaine ciblée en zone accessible exclusivement aux porteurs de clés de l’établissement.

Suivi et procédures : À l'exception d'un courriel contenant d’innombrables contradictions du Resident Manager minimisant la valeur des éléments détruits et fuyant toute responsabilité, l'hôtel s'est muré dans un silence absolu pendant un mois, ignorant les relances (cases number Melià #14561245 et #14561246). Des actions légales sont formellement engagées. Une plainte a été déposée auprès de la Guardia Civil pour vol avec effraction, et un dossier d'infraction administrative est ouvert auprès du Tourisme des Îles Baléares (Décret 20/2015). L'ensemble des preuves matérielles (relevés thermiques, clichés macroscopiques et confirmation écrite par l'hôtel de la conservation des vidéosurveillances) est transmis aux autorités.

Cons:

Habitacion con paredes sucias. Moho en la salida del aire acondicionado . El suelo de la ducha sucio . Sale un mal olor a tubería de la ducha.
El servicio de limpieza es muy regular. El suelo de la ducha por ejemplo lo dejan casi igual con los pelos incluidos.
Un día no entraron a limpiar la habitación!!
El parking del hotel es muy caro también.

La gentillesse du personnel , les buffets , l’infrastructure de l’hôtel

Cons:

Je trouve que le snack de la journée pourrait être revu , c’est une idée super sympa mais il y a pas énormément de choix , et beaucoup de porc pour la plupart du temps

Сам готель гарний, але в цілому заплачених грошей не коштує.
Pros:

Гарне розташування, дуже гарний вид на море. За територією добре доглядають. Приємний персонал. Поселилися приблизно о 01 год ночі, в номері нас чекали пакети з їжею, це було приємно.

Cons:

Їжа була одна й та сама щодня, зранку і ввечері. Хоча написано, що займати лежаки не можна, люди з ранку займали лежаки і могли не приходити, а персонал за цим не дивився.

Pros:

Flor and Amparo were always super helpful when I reached out to them at the reception! Same goes for the staff at the beach and bars! Nice swimming pools and clean hotel.

Cons:

Not having showers in the pool area was annoying , bedroom’s bathroom not the best for privacy. Food was ok.
