Atendimento muito fraco, tivemos de carregar as nossas próprias malas na chegada e na saída , chegamos às 17h e já não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as malas, e o ar condicionado não funcionou estávamos em 2 quartos e em nenlhum deles o ar condicionado funcionava, disseram que iam mandar um técnico para arranjar e não mandaram ninguém

Het personeel was suuuper vriendelijk.
Ontbijt is lekker en je hebt veel keuze.
3 verschillende zwembaden waarvan 1 kindvrij.
Je zit direct op het strand en hebt een mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

La vue (latérale mer) de la chambre au 1er étage sur la climatisation.

Devoir chercher un transat pour se poser au bord de la piscine car les gens posent leurs serviettes tôt pour bloquer une place et ne viennent pas de la journée!

Hotel je na pláži, takže do moře opravdu kousek. Čisté a teplé moře. Snídaně i večeře velmi dobré. Dostatečný výběr. Kousek do centra města.

Best hotel in Magaluf benefiting from being a resort with a besrby Calvia Beach
Pros:

The best hotel in Magaluf, gives a resort facilities with a beach club, adults only pool, lots of attractions for kids, including amazing kids club, kids pool activities.
The location is top, right next to Nikki beach, great vibe during the day while calm in the evening.
For the dinner they have live music in the restaurant which really makes it feel special, the whole hotel benefits from the amazing sea views.
Lots of guests are returning there multiple times, which is a good sign.

Cons:

The cleaning in the room is superficial and sometimes the floors were not cleaned from the sand, balcony has never been cleaned.
There were twice the case of not doing a room cleaning at all and we needed to talk to the reception.
The reception helped proving some courtesy vouchers, but still this is something they must invest their attention it, as you don’t expect to follow up on cleaning. Otherwise the hotel is great and hope they improve the room cleaning capacity for the high season so that the customers experience is not impacted like ours.
