Great Facilities, Terrible Service!!!
Pros:

Really Nice Hotel Very Central Location. Only 20 mins away from everything.

Breakfast is included which is nice!

The Pool area is really good too - lots of sunbeds also so I doubt you'll ever find it hard to get one

The hotel is connected to Nikki Beach which is good because you get all the music & Ambience from the beach club there without having to be in with all the people - Nikki beach also do a nice lunch :)

Cons:

There are Quite a few areas in which I was disappointed in this hotel - and it was to do with the service - Not the facilities.

1. Housekeeping Did not once come to my room
2. My room key stopped working 5x throughout my 3 day stay
3. on the second day of my stay I was disturbed by a staff member trying to get me out the room telling me to check out - I had to explain that I am in the hotel for another 2 days
4. I had booked a twin room since I was going with a friend and did not want to share a bed. When I turned up they told me I could only have a twin if I paid to upgrade as they only had doubles in that tier of room as they had basically oversold the twins.
5. In the restaurant I stated when I ordered the food I cannot have certain items on the food due to dietary requirements - when the food arrived I said I cannot eat it - I then just watched the waiter go to the bin & Take the items off and give the plate back to me!! - this could have been really bad if I was badly allergic.


6. When it was time to check out they checked me out before I had a chance to go to the desk and complain about all this (I was going to refuse to pay some of my charges based on the poor service I had received)

I would appreciate if someone from the Melia Team could reach out to discuss with me. Because if I was ensured that the service would be better next time - I would definitely consider going back based off the facilities itself.

Conforto e boa localização em Magaluf
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado na praia de Magaluf, é possível sair direto do hotel para a via principal da praia onde tem vários restaurantes. Hotel bonito e muito confortável, com staff atencioso. Os quartos eram espaçosos e bonitos, com amenidades muito boas. Os shows noturnos eram ótimos!

Cons:

Havia mais de um prédio e para localizar algumas atividades era um pouco confuso. Não havia placas e as informações não eram claras. Em alguns momentos havia indicação de que determinado bar estava aberto, entretanto não estava. Tentamos num dia conseguir um simples café, mas nos deparamos com a maioria dos bares fechados (por volta de 19h), o único aberto (em outro prédio) disse que vendia apenas bebidas alcoolicas. Mais tarde outro funcionário do mesmo bar disse que havia e fez.

Fantastic stay – I would happily come back again.
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean room, friendly staff, and great facilities. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Special thanks to the reception team and the gastro staff for being so kind and professional.

Pros:

J’ai récemment séjourné au Meliá South Beach et je dois dire que l’expérience a globalement été très agréable ! L’emplacement est parfait : juste au bord de la plage, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, et à proximité de Palma si on veut faire un peu de tourisme ou de shopping.

L’hôtel a un style très moderne et épuré, avec une ambiance à la fois chic et détendue. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, bien insonorisées, et la literie est très confortable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le balcon avec vue sur la mer — un vrai plus pour les couchers de soleil.

Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec des options aussi bien sucrées que salées. Le personnel était globalement sympathique

Výborné pro život ve dne i v noci!
Pros:

Naprosto vše bylo úžasné - rodinná dovolená (děti 12 a 8). Bazén, vynikající drinky, luxusní snídaně, vynikající jídlo v okolních restauracích, písečná pláž. V taxi dostupnosti aquarium se žraloky a vodními tunely, zoo s dolphine show, El Arenal aqualand, výlety lodí s grilovačkou,… minimum malých dětí, což jsme chtěli. Vedle luxusní bar a párty pro dospělé, na kterou si někteří dojeli vlastní luxusní lodí. A každé ráno na pláž najížděla služba komunálního odpadu, pláže a vše uklízeli.

Cons:

Občas někdo přebral a byl v noci hlučnější, i když party skončila.
