THE PILLOWS ON THE BED WERE FAR TOO SOFT & THIN FOR MY PREFERENCE. THE BATHROOM NEED A GOOD SCRUBBING WITH EVIDENCE OF MOULD & MILDEW IN PLACES. BATHROOM LACKED A SPACE TO PUT TOILETRIES AND THE HAND BASIN WAS RIDICULOUSLY SMALL - SMALLER THAN A SHOE BOX. OBVIOUSLY DUE TO LACK OF SPACE. HOUSEKEEPING WHICH WAS MEANT TO BE DAILY EXCEPT SUNDAY WAS HAPHAZARD. MY ROOM WAS MISSED ON THE FIRST DAY. ON THE SECOND DAY I PLACED THE SIGN ON THE DOOR TO SERVICE THE ROOM WHEN I LEFT EARLY IN THE MORNING. I RETURNED 6 HOURS LATER TO GET READY FOR A FUNCTION AND THE ROOM HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED. I MANAGED TO FIND ONE OF THE STAFF AND OBTAINED FRESH TOWELS. BUSY CENTRAL LOCATION CAN BE VERY NOISY AT TIMES.

Room 6 was noisy due to an underground pit right outside the window that list and drops each time a car goes over it. The room was smaller that others in the complex.
The fire alarm went off randomly early in the morning and no one knew how to turn it off.

There was a lot of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, which indicates noone had bothered to clean it for some time. The bathroom was so tiny & had no cabinet or bench space which made it uncomfortable to use. The large rug underneath the beds also stunk of mold which I could smell while I was sleeping. The sheets also smelled of bleach. The room had poor lighting & the lamps were dim which added to the dark feel. Our room was below ground level. A friend staying in another room above ground level said they had mould on their bathroom ceiling too. Prior to my stay I called to check on my booking. When I was told our room was below ground level I emphasised that I didnt want to be placed in a dark room that stunk of mold, which is exactly what happened She said those rooms did have less air ventilation but the hotel was full & there was no option to move me. The only option was to cancel my booking. Im very disappointed with my experience.

最糟糕的住宿体验，如果要说唯一的好处就是离L线，UNSW近。公共交通到市区要半个小时。作为游客非常不建议在这附近居住。最重要的是！！！入住第一晚就遇到蟑螂爬到床上，给我们带来极深的恐惧！去找前台仿佛蟑螂是他们养的宠物一般平静的给我们换了一间房。没有一句抱歉和对客人的情绪的安抚。大半夜辛辛苦苦搬行李发现第二间房门口又有一只蟑螂…旅行那么多地方第一次遇到酒店里有蟑螂…不是青旅不是偏僻民宿。这酒店的卫生条件令人堪忧！身心疲惫结果第二间房的吹风机是坏的，…打电话给前台结果居然指挥客人去厨房寻找备用的，没找到才把上一间房的送来…与价格和简介完全不符的入住体验。浴室狭小，很难想象是三人间里配备的浴室，第一个房间的浴室转身都困难。这个酒店的家族难道体型都很小么？酒店的花洒不仅只有固定花洒，甚至两个房间的都不一样，没有任何的专业性。所谓的花园景也没有任何花园…好看的只有正面的外观。没有电梯，如果住在其他楼层的话还要走楼梯。隔音也很差，能清晰听到门口传来的谈话声。第一次旅行住宿到那么差劲的体验。给在悉尼旅行留下了非常不好的回忆…以上内容全部属实。

When we arrived, the reception informed us that our room was upstairs and that there was no lift available. We had two heavy 20 kg suitcases and two backpacks, and due to existing back problems, it was impossible for us to carry them up the long and narrow staircase.
After we explained the situation, we were offered Room 12 near the entrance and reception area as the only available option.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean. As shown in the photos, there were small hairs on the bathroom wall, the curtains were extremely dirty and even had blood stains on them. There was also a noticeable urine smell in the room.
The room was very noisy during the night because two walls had large windows facing the street, and conversations from the reception area could be heard very clearly from inside the room.
To make matters worse, early the next morning we were woken up by a very loud fire alarm system noise located right next to the wall of the room, which continued for around 15 minutes.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

Staff were not able to answer basic questions about venues near by or fix the tv issue.

The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC, door didn't close, ceiling covered in mould, toilet seat fell off every time you sat on it
