居心地のよいホテル。隣接のレストランもおすすめ
Pros:

宿泊前の質問に対し、すぐ返答があり信頼できると感じた。実際、チェックインに少し遅れても「大丈夫よ。私はここにいるから」と笑顔で言ってくれる受付の人が素敵だった。お部屋は天井が高く、とても広く、冷蔵庫もソファーもあり、快適だった。隣接するレストランが直下の部屋だったが、うるさいというより、皆が食事を楽しんでいる声が聞こえて、心地よかった。夕食はそのホテルで取ったが、ビールも食事も満足だった。最寄りの駅(ハイデルベルク・アルトシュタット)から徒歩で行けるのが便利だった。

Würde ich wieder buchen
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, alle Mitarbeiter/innen sehr zugewandt und freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut.Zimmer war gut und sauber , leider nur sehr warm unterm Dach , aber es war ein Ventilator vorhanden der es ein wenig angenehmer machte.

Man muss wissen , das bei warmen Wetter der Biergarten sehr gut besucht ist.
Essen ist ausgezeichnet und das gebraute Bier sehr lecker. Zieht viele Leute an
Da kann es sehr laut werden , bis zum Zimmer ist es dann zuhören. Für 1/2 Nächte ist es aber wenn man nicht empfindlich ist gut ertragen .

Da das Hotel in zentraler Lage liegt, kann man von verschiedenen Unannehmlichkeiten absehen .

Tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Getränk für die Heimfahrt bekommen.

Cons:

Nächtlicher Lärm, teure Getränke im Restaurant (8,50€ für eine Weißwein Schorle)

Our room wasnt quite ready yet but they allowed us to put our bags in our room so we could go explore while they prepared the room

The outside noise was pretty loud when groups of people walked by. The bed wasnt the most comfortable
