Pros:

Sa décoration et la suite loft est magnifique

Cons:

Bon petit déjeuner mais le personnel du matin n’est pas agréable, beaucoup sur le téléphone alors que les plats sont vides, salle un peu petite à partir de 8h30

Good value, comfortable and spacious (for New York) place to stay
Pros:

The hotel and accommodation are excellent, with nice spacious rooms with character and comfort. There is a decent gym and a little business area downstairs in the lobby.

Cons:

Given it's not a neighborhood I would be super comfortable walking around in it was a shame that the bar/restaurant is only open Thu-Sun. The area does not have too many food options.

Posizione perfetta,struttura molto carina. Staff gentile,reattivo e cordiale, soprattutto il doorman/porter e un receptionist. Purtroppo non ricordo i nomi. Comunque molto gentili e sorridenti. Letto comodissimo. La doccia e prodotti ci sono piaciuti molto e il phone per capelli piccolo ma super funzionante. Balcone con vista. Checkout veloce e tranquillo.

Cons:

Disguidi col tempo del check-in, si attende un po' troppo all'arrivo e dopo un lungo viaggio può creare disagio,considerato anche il costo della struttura e le 4 stelle.Consiglio all'hotel di migliorare l'organizzazione che perché dispiace vedere in difficoltà i receptionists che non me hanno colpa. Per fortuna l'aria calda non è stata necessaria per tutta la vacanza perché il calorifero è molto rumoroso e impolverato. In inverno sarebbe un problema, e pulirlo si può richiedere anche se dovrebbe essere già fatto senza richiesta,ma il rumore non è risolvibile. Gestite meglio questa cosa è consiglio una migliore pulizia, anche perché per una persona allergica è asmatica come me può davvero creare problemi. La pulizia della camera, escludendo il letto,bagno e comò, può migliorare

Pros:

Petit déjeuner très bien mais personnel lors du petit déjeuner pas très intéressé ni motivés à aider si nous avions besoin (plus de couverts…)

Je n’ai pas eu la chambre qui était réservée manquait le canapé convertible pour mes enfants, j’ai donc dû aller demander car il manquait un couchage on m a ensuite trouvé un lit pliable, notre chambre était à côté de la laverie de l’hôtel le bruit était vraiment insupportable et les murs étaient vraiment pas épais à 3h du matin je pensais que les voisins de chambre étaient dans la nôtre …

Nice breakfast, industrial style hotel. Nice location, the two closest subway stops are a small walk which is very doable..

L’emplacement idéal à 20 min porte à porte de grand central

Nous avions un appartement qui n’avait que 2 fenêtres type Velux assez petites les autres fenêtres étaient “fausses” impossible d’ouvrir pour aérer
