Pros:

Zimmer war nett und ausreichend groß. Gute Betten. Sauber. Lage ok, 12min bis zu U-bahn.

Cons:

Zimmer ohne Aussicht. Fenster verdunkelt.(nicht wirklich ein Problem). Zimmer mit Balkon wären da besser aber viel teurer.

A home away from home.
Pros:

It’s very cozy, clean, quiet and it feels like a home. The marble toilet is amazing. The bed, the mattress and the pillows are super comfortable. The a/c system is perfect. Great job changing industrial building to a boutique hotel.

Cons:

Curtains need to be solid blackouts. Please don’t use semi blackouts in the future changes like other hotels. A/c grills have to be cleaned regularly.

Okay, sometimes cold

Cons:

The box hotel promised an upgrade room after l communicated my claustrophobic challenge. l paid with the under the reassurance that they will upgrade.
As soon as I paid they said the promised room is no longer available. Therefore stayed in a room l did not want to. The room was okay.
I paid the deposit that is refundable after checkout. It's now nearly 2 weeks and my refund is not in my account. I have chased this, to no avail. I am now going to take it further. For l consider this a scam

Good gym and sauna. Staff is hip, helpful and attentive.
Pros:

Most northern neighborhood of Brooklyn with a little obstacle course of a commute into Manhattan. Rooms are very cozy with wood floors, firm mattresses and fun furnishings/art work .

Cons:

Unless I missed it, could not find a stairwell that was not an alarmed emergency exit.

A comfortable and peaceful stay
Pros:

I was given a very spacious and spotless room. The furnishings were very comfortable and the bedroom at the back end of it was quiet and peaceful, and I had a very good night’s sleep. Breakfast in the morning was of good quality and variety, my only suggestion was that they open a little bit earlier as a number of guests seemed to be very keen to get inside for it at 8am on a Tuesday - perhaps they had business stays like myself. The area around the hotel provided a lot of options for dining as well that add to the value of the stay.

Cons:

The only thing I would change was having a telephone in the room as there was something missing from my room and I ended up finding a little tricky to get the attention of reception about it.

TLDR: nice hotel that we enjoyed, but I had a severe allergic reaction to their bathroom products
Pros:

Pros: The hotel was very charming, nice, and clean. The staff were always friendly. Great price, especially compared to some of the hotels in Manhattan, but there's always tradeoffs (commute to downtown). The balcony was cute, but we only used it once. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient when we needed it. The beds were good as well - as someone who usually has back and shoulder pain, my pain was not noticable while we stayed here.

Cons:

Cons: I had an incredibly severe allergic reaction to their bathroom products (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner). Allergies are a new development for me, so I wasn't aware I would react so strongly. After 2-3 days of using their products I began to have a reaction - severely swollen face (my partner didn't recognize me), itchiness all over, and hives across all of my body. I had to go to urgent care twice, due to the continued affects, and I lost a whole vacation day due to being bedridden because of the reaction. I wish the bathroom products listed ingredients, but after digging online I confirmed the ingredients list and cross examined it with my new allergy list, and it has an active ingredient that I'm allergic to, confirming the cause and reaction.
Additionally, I'm not a fan of down pillows, and that was all they had in the room. The TV was also inconsistent, some channels were not functioning/had lots of static. The location was mixed for me - fun to be outside of the tourist area, but the stair climb everyday to get the the train was an inconvenience.

Overall, I would consider staying here again, but I'd have to bring my own bathroom products, and would need to confirm they don't use similar products for washing the sheets and blankets.

Overall My Stay Was Great!
Pros:

I Loved the color decor, the staff was amazing, very quiet during the night! The location was great and convenient! Breakfast was good!

Cons:

Breakfast should have a choice of Turkey sausage or bacon! Everyone doesn’t eat pork!
