Pros:

The price. The doorman was very pleasant. It helped to get a discounted parking rate when checking in.

Cons:

Dirty cups left in the lobby sitting area were still in the same place the next morning. Breakfast only opens at 8am.

Pros:

Personel bardzo miły, szczególnie Dennise i Ray. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, ogólnie atmosfera i wystrój hotelu bardzo przyjemne. Codziennie można było nalać sobie kawy przy recepcji, co jest super. W pokoju też duży wybór herbat i dwie kawy do ekspresu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 3 stacje do time square. Okolica bardzo bezpieczna, dużo fajnych knajp i park. Można zrobić sobie długi spacer z Greenpoint do północnej części Williamsburga i tam też jest bardzo fajna atmosfera.

Cons:

Wentylator w pokoju robi dużo hałasu, klimatyzacja też. Było trochę kurzu na meblach, jeśli ktoś ma alergię może to przeszkadzać.

Stuff was helpful and nice.

Cons:

My room was very dusty, bed mattress was way toooo soft and I really missed a bottle of water in the room upon arrival. And bed sheets were torn.. and plus I could hear people from above me and next to me.. either stopping the floor or having sex.

Fine. Wouldn’t pay full price.
Pros:

The location and the free cab were great.

Cons:

The rooms were just a little basic for how much it cost and didn’t come with any of the amenities usually afforded to a boutique hotel like thoughtful toiletries. You could also REALLY hear loud people above you.

Les chambres très spacieuses, la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement à proximité du ferry pour visiter la ville. Le quartier très agréable. Le rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Le frigo en chambre peut faire du bruit dans la nuit bien qu’il soit pratique.

The staff is genuinely rude. I prepaid the booking in full via Booking.com, yet when I arrived the person at the front desk demanded that I present a physical credit card. I asked to complete the check-in since the booking was already fully paid so I could leave my luggage in the room and go retrieve my wallet from the car, but the staff member refused, saying: “I don’t work like that.”

The entire experience reflected a service mentality stuck in the 1980s, much like the decor of the place.
