According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Limpeza, quarto amplo
Localização muito boa, custo/benefício excelente, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã bom, com muitas opções, funcionários gentis demais, todos da recepção muito solícitos e agradáveis, as camareiras são um amor, achei apenas que a moça que faz tapioca no café da manhã parece não gostar do que faz e está sem vontade, destoa da simpatia dos demais funcionários.
As instalações são mais antigas, alguns espaços parecem precisar de uma manutenção ou renovada para dar um aspecto melhor, mas no geral achei a acomodação confortável, muito boa, o preço excelente pelo que oferecem, então certamente eu ficaria hospedada novamente.

Tudo muito antigo, alguns detalhes são sujos, não tinha opcao de uma mantinha pra dormir, so tinha cobre-leito. A internet é muito ruim.
