Generally described as friendly and helpful staff, though there are notable service failures (check-in locked, invoice not sent) that lower the score slightly.

Pros:

The stay would have been perfect except on arrival, My partner gave the receptionist his ID and specifically requested that the invoice be in his name as he is the one paying, she took the id from him and prétended to make the changes upon departure we noticed the invoice was still in my name, and i called and sent emails they said they will send the invoice by mail but till now we didn't receive nothing.
