Me atendeu perfeitamente, fui tirar o visto americano e fiquei la.
Pros:

Hotel limpo, otimo cafe da manhã, cama confortável, localização boa para o que precisei. Foi super tranquilo

Cons:

Chuveiro com pressão forte de água , acabou molhando o banheiro todo.

i believe something is fishy on these evaluations the hotel is old the rooms are also poorly equipped. the price is way too high for this kind of hotel I stayed one day based on the evaluation score (because the pictures were telling me the truth but I denied) and I regretted. Never more

the hotel is nice, I stayed here before.

Cons:

I arrived just half an hour before I wanted to watch a sports event on tv and decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. the buffet seemed to be the best price/value option, but the food was a bit disappointing, and not hot although I was the first guest.

Localização excelente para quem for correr a maratona do rio

LOCALIZAÇÃO, café da manhã, quartos, cama/colchão, atendimento.

Cons:

TV parou de funcionar e um rapaz da recepção do horário noturno(+/- 10 da noite), quando relatei o ocorrido na 1a noite, só falou que iria "reiniciar" a tv no comando central(??) e pediu pra eu tirar da tomada para ver se resolveria. Não resolveu, a tomada da tv não é aparente e quando tentei ligar na recepção por volta das 10:30, liguei 4x e não atendeu. Não sei se ele consegue ver o quarto que está chamando, mas pareceu que não queria atender.
O problema só foi encaminhado com a recepção do outro dia pela manhã, porém, a solução seria trocar de quarto, que nao aceitamos porque era a última diária e teria que refazer as malas. Neste dia o atendimento foi melhor, mas por opção própria, não aceitamos.

Café da manhã bem bom.

Cons:

Quase 500 reais a diária por um quarto meio velho, a tv era ridícula de antiga, sem YouTube,netflix nem nada do tipo, imagem ruim tb.

The street the hotel seems scary to walk at night.
Cons:

Power went out twice during the 1 day we stayed. Went out right after we checked in. The next day went out when we were in the elevator (not fun if you are claustrophobic because it’s a small elevator). AC control in the room was located up by the ceiling. No hot water kettle or coffee in the room. For a 4 stars hotel, rooms looks like it belongs in the 80s. During check out, I had to wait while they check if I use anything in the fridge. I just don’t appreciate being lied to “We checking to see if you forgot anything…… “ for 5-10 minutes! Just tell me you double checking the mini bar.
