Good bedroom disappointing bathroom
Pros:

Room was big and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was varied and satisfying.

Cons:

We had an executive room which featured a very inviting bath tub. But no bath salt was provided, not even when we asked from reception.

Shower door cannot be not closed firmly. As a result, bathroom floor ended up getting very wet.

La camera era grandissima ,il letto king size comodissimo ,la camera insonorizzata ,la spa bellissima dove ho fatto un massaggio super ... La palestra è ben attrezzata ,il personale gentilissimo e la colazione completa e variegata !! Consiglio assolutamente!!

Cons:

Breakfast on the variety needs to improved with different types of cuisine.
The bathroom was clogged on the first day but was improved quickly once a complaint was made

Pros:

Excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service!

Cons:

The room needs refurbishing. The windows need serious cleaning. The city view from the room is fantastic, but the stained windows will deter you from looking outside.

My day was pleasant. Had a great time in this hotel. I just I need to fix those little issues they have in the room.
Pros:

Everyone was friendly

Cons:

My bedsheets had stains, they never changed the sheets and put it back again like it was clean. The showerhead in room 807 need to be fixed.

Goed bed.

Cons:

Hotel is aan een renovatie toe, versleten meubels ( echt met scheuren in de bekleding.
Zwembad zeer slecht onderhouden ook hier kapotte stoelen. De tafels stonden ergens in een hoek.
