Hotel hat Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen - klare Empfehlung in jeder Hinsicht.
Pros:

Hotel liegt hervorragend für alle Aktivitäten, und nicht so „tote“ Lage wie Lake Buena Vista, wo nichts außern herum ist außer Hotels. Universal und Disney kann mit Shuttlebussen direkt am Hotel besucht werden. Vor Ort auch Ticketverkauf. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders Samuel von der Rezeption. Wir wollten nach 2 von 4 Nächten das Zimmer wechseln, da die Wasser-Leitungen nachts und frühmorgens extrem laut vibrierten und man ständig wach wurde. Ging sofort und wir haben sogar noch eine Nacht erstattet bekommen als Kompensation. Amerikanisches Frühstück als Büffet mit Rührei, Muffins, Waffeln zum selbstbacken mit Honig, aber auch Haferflocken, Cornflakes usw., ganztägig Kaffee und Softdrinks selbst „zapfbar“, ebenso Popcorn. Ab 17.30h (bis19h) gab es pro Person pro Abend zusätzlich noch drei Freigetränke (Coctails, Bier, Weine) plus Chips sowie ein vollständiges, täglich wechselndes Abend-Büffet (u.a. grünen Salat, Coleslaw, Hotdogs, Pulled Pork Burger, Tortillas mit Füllung usw.) - und es schmeckte auch! Wir sind daher zweimal dort zum Essen geblieben anstatt zu einer der vielen fußläufigen Restaurant-Optionen zu gehen. Haben wirklich unglaublich viel für das Geld erhalten. Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Zimmer mit den geraden Nummern haben einen tollen Ausblick auf einige Themenparks, Riesenrad etc., die abends schön beleuchtet sind, es gab außerdem Freitag und Samstag Feuerwerk, was man aus dem Fenster schön sehen konnte. Ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk lohnt sich hier wirklich! Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, auch die Bäder (Fugen in Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken alles sauber und ordentlich). Im 7. Stock gibt es Waschmachinen, funktionieren allerdings nicht mit deutscher Kreditkarte. Gute und ausreichende gratis Parkplätze am Hotel, Hotel perfekt am Interstate gelegen. Klare Empfehlung!

El personal atento y profesional, aunque hay bus directo a universal si no quieres esperar un Uber no es caro, fácil llegar y aparcar.

Great location and very clean
Pros:

Great location! This hotel is easy to find and located very close to Universal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms. Decent hot breakfast and evening kick-back. On-site restaurant open late was very convenient and food was tasty.

Pros:

I chose this hotel after reading so many positive reviews, and I’m happy to say they were absolutely right!

The hotel was great! Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and the facilities were excellent. The location was also very convenient, just an 8-minute drive from Universal Studios. Plus, parking was free, which was a great bonus!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only thing I’d mention is that the breakfast and dinner were just okay, but to be honest, it didn’t really matter because everything else was perfect!

Made our Getaway Extra Enjoyable
Pros:

My family and I all enjoyed the Kickbacks food and bar service in the evening. Honestly, it surpassed our expectations. The breakfast next morning, was outstanding. Such convenience and the food was really good. More than the great food, more than the comfortable room, the staff were ALL friendly, helpful and kind. I give Drury Inn Universal Studios a 5 Star from our family.
