Pros:

Crew is very friendly and professional. Very easy process to ride the shuttle to the parks. Free Hot Breakfast & Kickback!!! Overall experience was great, well kept hotel. I would definitely go back any time I travel to Orlando.

Great value and a great place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast is great, has a decent amount of options. The room was comfortable, beds and pillows were soft. The staff was great. They told you everything you needed to know and if you had any question they always answered them or told us where we needed to go to get them answered. The location is good. It's close to a bunch of different things and just down the road from Universal where we went.

Nothing. Everything was great for me.

יש שאטלים חינם לפארקים של יוניברסל במבחר של שעות שזה ממש נחמד
החניה במלון חינם
קרוב לבית חב״ד ויש התחשבות מלאה בדתיים וגם מספר מנות בארוחת בוקר שנחשבים לכשרים ( ללא תעודה אבל למי שמחמיר וזה חשוב לו )

The welcome home reception.

The freezing cold pool, we were very disappointed has the pool is advertised has heated, and because the daily temperature hit 30, has a disabled family, we had been looking forward to using the pool, has it had a pool lift, but we couldn't use it ar all, because the pool temperature was so cold, which caused my small grandson to shiver when he used it, so we decided against using it. We attempted three more times at various times of the day but it never warmed up. When enquiring at reception about the pool temperature, they decided it has refreshing.
