Great visit and experience, we will be back.
This is the best kept secret in Orlando! I want to go back with my kids and do Disney. This is a great way to save money because you get free breakfast, can go to the park all day, then come back and eat a free supper and (if you have the energy left) go back to the park for fireworks. The staff was tremendously friendly and so accommodating. The hotel was quiet and cool and they even give out free alcoholic beverages at night!
The hotel room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space for clothes. The lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a complimentary light dinner after returning from the parks, as well as a soda machine and popcorn, which is a really nice touch and makes the stay feel extra comfortable and enjoyable.
The breakfast was very limited and exactly the same every day. There were no vegetables, and most of the food was processed. We only really enjoyed the Belgian waffles and cereal.
The room also didn’t have a safe, which was inconvenient. Valuables could be stored at the front desk, but we would have preferred an in-room safe with a code.
There is a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios, the staff were polite and the hotel was basic ( a bit like a posh Travelodge) but clean.
Breakfast was OK but got busy and the Kickback food was more like snack food, so don't expect a main meal. The hotel was in walking distance of International Drive
Expensive for what it is.
Loved this hotel! Staff were happy and so helpful every time we needed something. Property is clean and modern, with a great vibe. Food was plentiful and actually really good — way better than expected. Will definitely stay again.
