Pros:

Μου άρεσε που ήταν κοντά στη στάση λεωφορείου και τραμ, ήταν σύγχρονο, διακοσμημένο, ήταν καθαρό, ήσυχο, το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό, το πάρκινγκ ήταν άνετο, το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και με ποικιλία και η διαμονή μας ήταν πάρα πολύ ευχάριστη και χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Windsor Hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-organized, making our vacation even more enjoyable. We were very satisfied with every aspect of our experience and would happily return in the future.

Super customer service.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, great customer service and special attention given at all times. Staff were very attentive and made sure we were well looked after.

The room was lovely and good value for money.

Breakfast was nice and freshly prepared.

The indoor pool was lovely and plenty of place to sit around both the. Indoor and outdoor pool.

The gym is spectacular with the best gym equipment we've ever seen all update and super variety.

Plenty of taxis outside for you to travel to tourist areas and not too far from the metro.

The staff made the stay truly memorable and enjoyable.

Pat confortabil si lenjerie de buna calitate

Cons:

Nu am putut beneficia de statia pentru incarcarea masinii electrice desi am sunat inainte de a face rezervare pentru a confirma posibilitatea.Pentru a beneficia de statia de incarcare , trebuia sa ne facem cont cu un nr de telefon de Turcia. Staff-ul nu a fost de acord sa ni se ofere un nr de telefon si nici sa ne incarcam masina la priza normala care era dispobila in parcare.In alte hoteluri unde am mai fost ni se oferea o cartela pe care o conecatm la statie si la check out plateam cat am consumat, iar la altele unde nu aveam statie ne oferea gratis sa ne cuplam la priza hotelului fara a plati vreo suma .

Micul dejun nu a fost pe masura asteptarilor.
Cafeaua oribila, am vazut ca se poate plati pentru o cafea de specialitate dar tind sa cred ca special era atat de proasta incat sa platim extra pentru o cafea decenta.
Sucurile oribile , aceeasi situatie ca si la cafea.

Pahare foarte mici pentru un pahar de apa (a trebuit sa fac 4 drumuri la dozatoarele de apa).
Mezeluri de slaba calitate
Cand am cerut 2 omlete chef-ul s—a suparat si a plecat de la standul unde le prepara.Intre timp a venit altcineva si am primit. A doua zi la 9:45 nu mai era nimeni disponibil sa ne faca o omleta .
Fara produse traditionale (tabule, humus, salata vinete)
Nu exista minibar in camera
Nu exista gel de dus in baie
Aveam doar un pahar in camera

No satellite English TV news options as far as we could find, but we didn’t stay long enough for that to matter TBH.
