The structure is old and outside your bedroom you will notice that they struggle to keep it up to date, e.g. we noticed a number of spider nets in many places.

There is no real bar and that you would not expect in such a big hotel. After 10pm you can forget to get any drink or food service. Timing for lunch and breakfast is extremely short and does not allow you to relax and live the resort experience in full. They are very strict and if you arrive too late they will start removing food from the buffet, obliging you to rush to collect plates and food.

Smoking restrictions are also very strict, you cannot even smoke on your balcony and it seems there are only 2 corners to smoke.

We did not see any kids club or activity for the kids, again something strange in a 4 star resort (even if Google says they are only a 3 star, which may be true all in all). There are water sports activities but we were not lucky with the weather and those were all cancelled.

For the price they charge, I think you may find better solutions.

The breakfast or lunch is okay but short of the variety cross days.

The WIFI was not working except in the room
We had to keep moving rooms which are all very different and the communication was very poor and the pricing very confusing.
The beach and facilities close at 5pm far too early and the swimming area is roped off so you cannot snorkel or see the reef

To have to pay for beach chairs!! Lack of pool and beach chairs - we swam and then had to return to our room as there was nowhere to sit with any shade. For the size of the resort there is a complete lack of outdoor seating. Horrendous to see an area of seating for ‘Residential Club Members Only’ which was completely empty.

We would have appreciated a little bit more of variety in the food buffet served at corallo’s restaurant.

First of all, I found the breakfast selection quite limited. There were some unexpected options, such as pasta, but I would have appreciated a wider variety of breakfast items like different cheeses, Nutella, more types of jam, better-quality butter, or cream cheese. A few more choices would have made breakfast much more enjoyable.

The second point I’d like to mention is about my first night at the hotel. Unfortunately, the guest in the room next to ours had their TV on at a very high volume throughout the night, making it impossible for us to sleep. I called the reception at around 3:00 a.m. to ask for assistance, but nothing was done. When I called again around 4:00 a.m., I was told that the staff member couldn’t hear the noise from the hallway, so they didn’t contact the guest.

I understand that the sound may not have been noticeable from outside the room, but the walls seem to carry noise very easily, and we could hear everything very clearly from inside our room. We were exhausted, stressed, and disappointed after spending the entire night unable to sleep.

I do appreciate that the hotel upgraded our room the following day, and I’m thankful for that gesture. However, I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively by simply calling or knocking on the neighboring guest’s door when we first reported the problem.

The hotel is getting old and you can clearly see signs of that. And there are some extremely annoying things. The service at the snack bar is below average. It's extremely slow. Several times we decided to have a quick snack in the afternoons and there wasn't a single case to be served quickly. At some point we thought that people are deliberately ignoring us. Once had to go and ask at the bar if someone was going to take our order. This type of a service is unacceptable and basically made us seek dinners outside the hotel. The food and drinks price is also a bit higher. E.g. A small beer costs 1300, while you get a bigger and colder one outside for 500. The good thing is that there are plenty of good restaurants in the area to provide better pricing and way better service. The other crazy thing is the music and stupid announcements on loud speakers that they play every day at 7am, 8am, 5 and 6pm. Wt*... People are having vacations. They want to escape from the clock and the daily routine and this place is waking you up either in the morning or in your afternoon nap by the clock every day. The breakfast also ends at 9:30 with last orders at 9. This is insane, especially for people that prefer to catch up with their sleep after jet lag.

1. Слишком строгие правила для плавания в море. Пляж закрывается после 17:00. За буйки заплывать нельзя, но буйки просто неприлично близко находятся к берегу!!! Я приехала на море, чтобы плавать в нём, а по факту можно ток около берега плавать. А после 15:00 был отлив, и до буйков я доходила пешком. Я этот отель специально выбирала, думала, что буду лежать на пляже, плавать вдоволь, но нет((. Надо было просто оставаться в Нахе, и уде оттуда ездить по островам без спасателей.
2. Онсены-слабые. Всего 1 ванна с теплой водой. Скорее похоже на сенто. Думаю, что не стоит своих денег.
