Nhân viên nhiệt tình , đồ ăn sáng luôn nóng , nhân viên luôn dọn bàn sạch sẽ , đồ ăn sắp xếp gọn gàng . Đa dạng . Phòng sach sẽ , thoải mái . Điều hoà hoạt động tốt .

Cons:

Thang máy quá nhỏ và quá chậm . Thời gian chờ đợi lâu . Đi ra biển sẽ phải đi trên địa hình dốc .

Hyggelig personale, men dårlig resepsjon og uventede ekstra kostnader.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på hotellet. Beliggenheten var veldig bra, og rommene var komfortable og fine.

Renholdspersonalet var svært hyggelige, smilende og serviceinnstilte. Det eneste negative var at rommet vårt ikke ble rengjort på to dager.

Personalet på kjøkkenet og i restauranten var også veldig vennlige, imøtekommende og alltid smilende. De bidro til en hyggelig opplevelse.

Alt i alt er vi fornøyde med oppholdet og kan gjerne anbefale hotellet.

Dessverre var resepsjonspersonalet lite imøtekommende og virket ganske sure, noe som ga et dårlig førsteinntrykk.

Da jeg bestilte oppholdet, var den totale prisen 33 299 kroner. Ved innsjekking ble jeg imidlertid belastet 37 689 kroner. Jeg trodde først at differansen var et depositum som ville bli tilbakebetalt, men det skjedde aldri. Dette var skuffende, og jeg skulle gjerne hatt en forklaring på hvorfor det ble trukket et høyere beløp.

I tillegg måtte man betale ekstra for å kunne bruke safen på rommet, noe jeg mener burde være inkludert i romprisen.

Alt i alt var oppholdet bra takket være de hyggelige ansatte på renhold og kjøkken, men opplevelsen i resepsjonen og de ekstra kostnadene trakk dessverre helhetsinntrykket ned.

Geweldig (toeristisch) hotel met veel faciliteiten.
Pros:

Heerlijk uitgebreide brunch tot half 2. Je kunt in en uit lopen wanneer je wilt. Super!

Cons:

Airco maakt af en toe raar geluid en de temperatuur was niet te regelen.
