El personal creo que fue lo único que nos gustó… súper atentos, amables y hablan muchos idiomas todos … 10/10 en ese sentido
A las noches después de Las 11 pm; gente borracha , ruido, el desayuno es variado pero no muy rico. Si vienen en familia es mejor gastar unos pocos euros más e ir a otro lugar

We arrived late at night, found a very kind concierge at 1.00am
The hotel has no parking area and it's almost impossibile to find a park slot in the surroundings. I would not recommend to families with children, it's rather for teens that want to have fun in Mallorca

The reception area for this hotel is gorgeous and the staff are really friendly
The hotel is just 5 mins from the beach and shops and there is a bus stop just outside the hotel to the airport and Palma.
The pool area looks lovely (we didn't use it) but I can imagine it gets shady pretty quick. There is also a gym next to the pool (open air)
The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge in the room which was a bonus
The TV allows you to stream from your phone which is handy (all hotels should adopt this)
After checkout, there is an option to lock your bags away (Eur2) and also are able to have a shower which allowed us to enjoy our last day on the beach without worrying about having a shower before getting on the plane.
The hotel is more aimed at younger travellers - I#m not sure I would recommend this hotel to families with young children. It tended to get a bit noisy as people were coming back from their night out.
Aircon was a bit hit and miss but it wasn't excessively hot that this bothered us
The breakfasts were very good, the staff very friendly, and the cleanliness was good.
I think that for the price they should have given me a double bed, not two small beds pushed together with hard mattresses.
We loved the brunch, the pool and a bar. Location is also a few minutes from the beach and nearby stores and restaurants
Beds were extremely hard, our room was next to the elevator so we were getting woken up multiple times a night by loud drunk people

Ми зупинялись буквально для ночівлі і із за втоми спали як убиті. Тобто ні шум за стінами чи будь що ще нам не заважави. Але звісно, постільне могло би бути кращим, якість матрацу та подушки також.
Сніданок був стерпний, без ігристого і червоної риби але базові речі були (яєчня, бекон, боби, холодна нарізка та салат, солодке ніяке, кава чай відповідно)
Видно, що отель зробив реновацію, ванна кімната вся оновлена. Але в загальному номерний фонд старий і є застарілі моменти. Але якщо чисто для ночівлі то піде.
Не було навіть склянки в номері. Мовчу про комплімент з водою, який є частою практикою в спекотних локаціях.
