Tolles Frühstück und gute Lage um feiern zu gehen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist optimal um an der Playa feiern zu gehen. in 20-25 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Mega Park. Auf dem Weg gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl und Abwechslung.

Cons:

für unser Vorhaben war das Hotel top.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido simplemente excelente. Desde el primer día nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con una sonrisa.

Los desayunos estaban deliciosos, con mucha variedad y todo muy bien preparado. Sin duda, era una de las mejores partes de cada mañana.

Además, durante nuestra estancia mi sobrina se enfermó y el equipo del hotel tuvo un gesto que nunca olvidaremos. Hicieron todo lo posible para permitirnos hacer el check-out a las 4:00 p. m., lo que nos dio el tiempo necesario para cuidarla y organizarnos sin preocupaciones. Ese detalle, junto con muchos otros durante nuestra estancia, demuestra lo mucho que se preocupan por el bienestar de sus huéspedes.

Solo podemos darles las gracias por el trato tan humano y profesional que recibimos. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendaremos a familiares y amigos. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan especial!

Personel w większości nie wyrabia się w czasie 30 minut trwał check in przez problemy z pokojem, recepcja, ma problemy z rozwiązywaniem trudności. Winda bardzo wolna i tylko jedna. Pokój posprzątany raz w ciągu 4 dni, początkowe problemy z klimatyzacją.

tutto ok, personale gentile e servizi buoni, migliorare un poco la pulizia!

i ragazzi alla reception sono stati gentilissimi, noi eravamo stremati da un viaggio abbastanza lungo e dal caldo e ci hanno accolti in maniera molto gentile, simpatica e professionale, e mi hanno pure spiegato tutto in italiano (molto apprezzato visto la stanchezza). la palestra è piccolina ma molto funzionale ci è piaciuta molto e anche la piscina. il brunch molto comodo e ottimo, siamo anche riusciti a provare qualcosa di tipico saltuariamente.

le lenzuola presentavano delle macchioline e mi è stato fatto un cambio di asciugamani in cui ho trovato un extension ciglia di qualche ragazza😂 comprendo quello che c’è dietro, non mi sono lamentata, mi sono solo limitata a non utilizzarla.
