Cons:

В Букинге когда резервировали номер стоянка авто входит в стоимость. Выезжаем из номера на рецепшене нам говорят Доплатить за стоянку. Хорошо доплатили. Но в нервном сборе забыли некоторые вещи в шкафу. Пытались дозвониться по указанным номерам но никто не берет трубку. Написали на электронную почту ответа пока нет.

Uns gefällt die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Das es einen Fahrstuhl gibt, ist super. Die ältere Dame im Service vom Café ist uns über die Jahre richtig ans Herz gewachsen. Sie macht einen tollen Job.

Cons:

Wir hatten gehofft, ein Zimmer mit Bergblick zu erhalten. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es unangenehm laut auf dem Flur. Eine Gruppe von Männern ließen die Türen offen stehen und haben sich auch spät Abends laut unterhalten. Da hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die Hotelmitarbeiter eingreifen und für Ruhe sorgen.

Darüber hinaus waren wir leicht enttäuscht darüber, dass uns die Empfangsmitarbeiter nicht als Stammkunden erkannt haben. Da hätten wir uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. Oder vielleicht ein Upgrade beim Zimmer.

Ik vond het verblijf fantastisch, ik kan het niet anders zeggen.
Het beviel mij alles, het personeel, de kamer, de sfeer, het eten, het hotel zelf.
Ik vind mijn verblijf veel te kort.
Er wordt veel gedaan om de klanten naar de zin te maken, vind ik.

Cons:

Ik heb een ventilatie gemist in de badkamer, de deur open houden heeft geholpen.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, świetny wystrój wnętrz, smaczne śniadania w bardzo ładnej sali restauracyjnej, codziennie posprzątany pokój, klimatyczny basen z jacuzzi i saunami.

Cons:

Czasem w recepcji nie było pracownika, jak go potrzebowałam, parę niedoróbek w pokoju.
