Gym and location was brilliant, the staff very attentive. The one meal we ate on the premises was pretty decent
The breakfast I had on the last day was overpriced and not great, and literally gave me a bad stomach on the flight home. My other main issue was no sauna or steam room as advertised. Wasn't given a comprehensive reason why they couldn't open and operate it, other than I gathered the staff who usually do it where abscent

المكان يميزه العاملين فيه طاقم عمل كامل يحاول خدمتك على افضل وجه لم اواجه اي مشاكل مع اي احد معهم وبالعكس كانو صبورين ومبتسمين ويتواصلون معي بشكل يومي الفندق ممتاز جدا تقدر تتمتع بالخصوصية ودخول خاص من بوابة خاصة جدا استمتعت وارتحت بالاقامه معهم واتمنى لهم ولهذا البلد المزيد من التوفيق
لايوجد مرفق خاص بالاطفال وكذلك المسبح اللي كنت اتمنى وجوده

AC thermostat was not working. The room was either too cold or too warm.
Lighting was week inside the room.

Dla mnie lokalizacja była korzystna. Pokoje - OK. Duże, wygodne, czyste. Miękie wykładziny i w dodatku bez plam - to duży plus! Osobiście bym dodał stolik i dwa krzesła na balkonie. Tego brakuje. Wygodne łóżka i poduszki!!! Klimatyzacja - super! Nawet wyłączałem kiedy wracałem do pokoju. Śniadanie - OK. Brakowało tylko łyżeczek do kawy i widelczyków do ciast i deserów. Ale chleb z pieca i jajecznica lub omlet robione na bieżaco to wielki atut hotelu. Można by było urozmaicić ciasta do kawy. Ja bym dodał pachlawy, dają orientalnego smaku. Restauracia - bardzo dobra. Jedzenie smaczne i mięso z grila, co się da poczuc po smaku!!! Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i się stara.
