Shereen at the reception was incredibly welcoming and warm. I could always count on getting the best greetings and the most attentive service from her. الزياره الثانية لي في اقل من شهر وتأكد نظافه وجمال الفندق ومساعده الموظفين لكي تستمتع باقامه فندقيه رائعه اوجه الشكر لاس

كانت اقامه ممتازه مريحه وفخمه جدا خصوصاً ان الفندق ينتمى الى فئه ال4 نجوم ولكنك لا تشعر باي فرق عن اي فندق في مستوى ال5

النظافه والاهتمام بالنزيل والرقي في التعامل والكلام والراحه الموجودة في الفندق وتعامل موظفين الاستقبال وخصوصاً انسة شيرين مساعدة جداً وبشوشه دائما وتسهل الكثير من الاجراءات .

الانتظار ولكنه بشكل بسيط لا يؤدي الى الانزعاج ولكن من الممكن ان يكون اقل .

Pros:

Our rooms got upgraded on arrival as it was our first stay in Egypt, staff were very friendly & the lobby smelt phenomenal. The rooms were nice but be prepared to hear the cars 24 hours a day.

We didn’t spend more then 3GBP on a taxi so this is ideally located for all the main attractions.

Only negative is there is not much accommodation for stubborn British eaters so be ready to try local cuisine.

We had a lovely time on our stay.

Pros:

Gym and location was brilliant, the staff very attentive. The one meal we ate on the premises was pretty decent

Cons:

The breakfast I had on the last day was overpriced and not great, and literally gave me a bad stomach on the flight home. My other main issue was no sauna or steam room as advertised. Wasn't given a comprehensive reason why they couldn't open and operate it, other than I gathered the staff who usually do it where abscent

المكان يميزه العاملين فيه طاقم عمل كامل يحاول خدمتك على افضل وجه لم اواجه اي مشاكل مع اي احد معهم وبالعكس كانو صبورين ومبتسمين ويتواصلون معي بشكل يومي الفندق ممتاز جدا تقدر تتمتع بالخصوصية ودخول خاص من بوابة خاصة جدا استمتعت وارتحت بالاقامه معهم واتمنى لهم ولهذا البلد المزيد من التوفيق
