Dident stay found another motel

Was not what was advertised not family trendily people fighting and swearing out the front did not even go in was nothing like the photos or advertised was not going to put my children near that culture or danger

The photos of the rooms are not accurate, our room was outdated, desperate need of renovation, dirty, paint peeling of the walls, no soap, door handles broken, the list goes on.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The room was dirty, cobwebs & spiders around the cornice, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom.
We asked for an extra bed, didn't receive one

Stayed a week prior to this stay and was happy. Clean basic accommodation but this room was not to the same standard

Only one banker and it smelt really bad of body odour . I left it on the floor, hopefully it got washed.
Checked out a day early as when I spoke to staff about my concerns they said there was nothing they could do

All I can say is that we were lucky to have booked it for only one night! Truly, ‘The pub with no beer’ and sub-standard

Travellers Beware! Don’t be fooled by the deceptive photos on their website!

Cons:

The rooms are old, tired and dirty. The beds and bedding were clean and reasonably comfortable (except for one of the single beds which sagged) but the carpet had dirty stains and the walls were scuffed and had peeling paint in spots. To add to our discomfort, our sleep was sorely affected by the noise of trucks going by all night.The bathroom left you wondering how clean it actually was - stepping into the bath tub for a shower was not a pleasant experience - and the corridor and our door was also full of scuff marks, with the lock on our door not working properly and difficult to operate. And, to top it all, no hot water in the evening!!! I attempted to have a shower before bed and water was barely lukewarm warm and definitely too cold for a shower!!! Oh, and of course, no hair dryer. And don’t even bother to byo some bread for toast - unlike every other hotel/motel accommodation around Australia, this place does not provide a toaster or microwave! We bought some muffins with the intention of toasting them for breakfast to discover there was no toaster or anything else to make some breakfast - not even a common room area with shared cooking facilities. I spoke to staff about it to no avail. Oh, and did I mention that we booked a 2-bedroom suite and though each room had a TV, only one of them worked?

Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Restaurant on premises. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable rooms. Full sized fridge in our room.

An okay stay overall.
Pros:

Nice sized room for solo traveller. Food was very yummy.

Cons:

Went as a solo female traveller and felt a bit unsafe as you cannot lock the door from the inside, and right downstairs is a bar and pokies room where they can see where you are going and staying. Felt pricey for what you got.
