Disappointing.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

A lot.
The door lock was very old and unsecured.
No inside lock for our room.
The paint in most of the whole place is bubbling.
The place was filthy with bugs and spiders in our room.
One of the beds was missing a bed leg and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Worst places I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

It was in the centre of town

Cons:

The mildew when I opened the door. The carpets are a disgrace walking to the room. The mold in the shower, the holes all in the room walls. No ventilation.

Pros:

房務人員態度積極友善（入住後反應電視連線跟冷氣問題，都有在第一時間解決）。餐廳不錯！

Cons:

價錢等於環境。但衛生真的可以改進！衛浴的磁磚都是垢還有前一位房客的頭髮都卡在排水口！抽屜也有很多壁虎大便！冰箱也感覺沒有在檢查和擦拭。

The staff and historic nature of the hotel are unforgettable. Ive been visiting for over 25 years and every stay is excellent.

Cons:

Booking.com Ill will never use the app again. Its not honest in any aspect.

Would not stay here again!
Pros:

The location was close to both the waterfalls we wanted to visit and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Check-in information is not communicated with the hotel effectively (hotel staff were saying that we were late despite our late check-in request being approved and we arrived well within that time - checked in at 8:30pm with our approved check in time being 9:00pm. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mould. There was hair in the shower recess. The bar fridge door was covered in rust and the carpet heavily stained. The door to the bathroom fell out of it's rung.
