8,9 point ??? Impossible, et très décevant

Le lit était confortable et le petit déjeuner de bonnes qualités

Les chambres sont tres bruyante !
On entend dans les couloirs, on entend les gens tirer la chasse d eau 🤢, on entend l écoulement de l eau. Dès 08h00 on entend la route avec pas mal de trafic. Les Balcons ont aucune intimité, on peut voir dans les autres chambres depuis les balcons sans se pencher. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement, difficile de se connecter au wifi sur la télévision.
Et sans parler de piscine et spa... Accessible seulement de 14h a 19h. Qui est normalement accessible tout le long de notre séjour, comme indiqué sur le site internet, pendant ces heures on fait des activités à l' extérieur, donc on peut pas utiliser le piscine en rentrant, ni avant de quitter l hôtel. Très très décevant... Comment c est possible d avoir 8,9 point pour un hôtel si médiocre ???
