Pros:

L'albergo è sicuramente ben gestito, personale cortese e servizi in linea, colazione ok, possibilità di spazio all'aperto utile soprattutto con famiglie. Si respira atmosfera di montagna.

Cons:

Solo alcuni suggerimenti: 1) servizi igienici in stanza da rimodernare; 2) piscina fredda; 3) il copriletto datato e scolorito; 4) materassi vecchi idem; 5) la televisione anni 2000 con decoder idem, il cliente non può impazzire con due telecomandi e tasti che non vanno. In definitiva, se la gestione è apprezzabile basterebbe un piccolo investimento per rendere la struttura nel complesso più gradevole.
Ulteriore nota negativa è la posizione su strada principale, per gli ospiti che cercano silenzio suggerirei di prenotare non lato strada.

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

Le personnel est top et vraiment très accueillant et à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'hotel est charmant, les repas excellents, la piscine et le sauna aussi très agréables. L'emplacement à 7 min des pistes de Champoluc est très aussi très bien. Le bar est aussi très sympa bien qu'il mériterai d'être un peu plus spacieux.

Cons:

Le lit n'est pas confortable: le sommier est comme un trampoline. Et le chauffage est compliqué car programmé et piloté à distance à l'accueil. En fait il ne faut pas que l'on y touche en chambre et nous ne le savions pas. Du coup, nous n'avions souvent pas de chauffage le dans la salle de bains le matin. Sinon, le reste était très bien.

Camera spaziosa, ottima colazione e grande disponibilità e cortesia da parte dello staff.
