Excellent stay. Would stay here again.
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Staff were on the ball and friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with many choices and the extra time where they served snacks small bites was fantastic.

It was a beautiful place, breakfast was great, room was comfortable. We only stayed one night. I’d stay here again.
Pros:

It was a beautiful place. Easy to find. I appreciated the parking.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. Not a deal breaker but made for a sticky bathroom after a shower.

It was wonderful and comfortable!
Pros:

Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We love the breakfast and the Kickback meal (except there is no dessert!). The staff was great!

Cons:

The outdoor pool and the pool area is very small and I didn’t like the pool at all. We have stayed at Drury many times and I always suggest dessert at the Kickback meal!😀

Clean hotel will be back again!
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean. It’s in a very nice area with lots of places to shop and a wal-mart across the street. The front desk staff were very nice as well.

Cons:

Thermostat in the room only goes down to 66 degrees and the room never dropped below 71 degrees. Was a bit too warm in there. The pool is a split indoor outdoor pool. Since there was lighting in the area the pool closed inside due to weather. The dinner kickback was cool, but people acted like they never ate before and were bumping into each other and was just overly crowded.

A comfortable, upscale, well cared for facility.
Pros:

Breakfast and kickback sets this hotel apart from others. Would have liked to see an omelet station at breakfast.

Cons:

Pool and hot tub closures weather related was disappointing when we specifically chose a hotel for the pool and hot tub am amenity.

Watch out for the pool
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel quite few times for staycations. And usually have a good time
HOWEVER...
The morning of check out, there were 2 families with rowdy kids who were not being supervised by their dads. My son was swimming from the outside pool to the indoor pool and one boy jumped in, right next to the barrier, hitting my son on the head.
The dads were cussing me out and belittling me and my son when I confronted them. Then took off.
I went to the front desk only to be brushed off. On my way out I saw the families heading to their cars. I pointed them out to the front desk where they said "well, they're checking out."
I left, feeling no one was concerned about any of this. My son ended up going to the ER because, Yes, it was that serious.
I would definitely recommend NOT staying here or at least staying clear of the pool area because there are more injuries waiting to happen. And if you complain, you're not taken seriously even if your child is injured.

Best hotel chain
Pros:

We love Drury hotels and even with those high expectations I feel like the Franklin location surpasses our standards. The staff is so nice. When they heard it was my daughter’s birthday they even sent up a goodie bag. They are so thoughtful. The hotel and rooms and clean. Like I can look for something to complain about and find nothing. The dinner/drinks and breakfast are amazing. And the popcorn. And soda. The pool and hot tub were nice. We will continue to support Drury hotels. I hope they open more!
