A wonderful stay and we look forward to a return visit in the summer months
Pros:

Staff interactions were all professional and friendly. Evening dinner in the restaurant was thoroughly enjoyable, breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. The cottage was warm and cosy for a wet weekend with many thoughtful extras not usually found in hotel rooms. An extremely enjoyable stay

Beautiful place to stay: just loved it
Pros:

The room, the staff, the grounds, were all just great! Good continental breakfast included in the morning.
The bed was really comfortable, and we loved the room so ordered room service which was also very good

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Lovely layout of the rooms. Excellent shower, large king sized bed, microwave and dishwasher, Nespresso machine. Lovely gas fire which made the lounge very cosy. Celebrated my birthday at the restaurant and it was amazing.

Will stay again, however will ask reception to turn on the heat pump before check in time.
Pros:

Excellent location, 6 min walk to town. Very clean room. Outstanding buffet continental breakfast. Bought a wine at their sister vineyard, Luna Winery, which included a complimentary wine tasting since we were staying at Parehua and it was delivered to Parehua as we were on our e-bikes.

Cons:

When we arrived at 3pm, the room was exceptionally cold and didn’t really warm up enough before we went to bed. We were very cold that night. The next day we kept the heat pump on all day and turned on the gas fireplace when we were in the room and it kept the cottage warm.

The resort hit all the right notes for a weekend getaway!
Pros:

Location, quietness, general relaxed vibe about the place.
Included breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant was nicely renovated.
Room and view from the deck.
Pillow menu and the spa bath were treats.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like about the place.

Pros:

We always enjoy staying at Parehua, but this time was just fabulous since we got a lakeside cottage :). Lovely staff and beautiful rooms. We didn’t use the restaurant, but can also recommend dining there. We’ll be back!

Pros:

We were welcomed in a very friendly manner. Accommodation was superb and quite luxurious with our own private spa. We took our bikes and had easy bike rides around the vineyards and village. Weather great. All in all a great 2 days away

Cons:

If I have to be picky, I didn't really like the mere choices for evening meal. Saying that. We ate and were satisfied.
