Rooms very comfortable and cosy, loved the gas fire and being winter the underfloor heating in bathroom was a must. Breakfast was excellent, great to have the option to order from cooked menu if wanted. Staff were friendly and gave great service.
Nothing
Our room was immaculate, it felt like a real escape. We had our own spa which was gorgeous. Fireplace was lovely and warm, and the TV that could be seen from both rooms was clever. Had no idea we could have walked over the road and down the drive to Palliser Estate - would have been great to know. In comparison to other accommodation around the same price this is far better value for money.
More towels on arrival, with a spa and in winter time you're clearly going to use more. We asked and they brought us some immediately though which was very good.
Ordered room service and the tray and plates weren't collected the next morning so they sat for another day on the dining table - big tray, small table so a bit annoying.
TV needs updating.
Beautiful surrounds. Restaurant food was exceptional .
Breakfast well that was Epic. No need to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. Very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend it’s our go to place in Martinborough.
There was nothing not to like. Perhaps remove that it has a Hot Tub by the pool off the information as it has been removed and isn’t available.
Nice, spacious rooms. Beautiful grounds. Lovely breakfast included in the room rate. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The pool and tennis court would be great during the summer. But the in-room gas fire was a bonus to keep the room cosy during our winter stay.
Nothing
A wonderful quiet spot with friendly helpful staff
Set out well with lots of space. lots of towels. Beautiful setting. Breakfast good with lots of options. A good welcome that the heat pump and music was on when we arrived
The bed. Quite hard and for a couple no one wants to have two beds put together. Someone ends up in the crack. The gas fire stopped working? I wonder if the gas ran out. Breakfast was slow as we couldn’t get through the line as it was more 1 at a time as it was packed. There should be more cosy blankets.
Beautiful comfortable rooms with everything provided to make your stay homely. The Bistro on-site provided excellent food if you decided to stay ‘in’ for dinner and the continental breakfast included in the accommodation rate was extensive and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make everything perfect for their guests. The complimentary shuttle to take us over to Luna for a free wine tasting was an added bonus and a real treat.
Excellent. Really comfortable, modern spacious with lovely fire place. Breakfast great. Friendly and helpful staff.
Such a great location. Beautiful villa. Loved the ope gas fire place. Breakfast included was lovely. Very quiet area. Lovely views of the lake from our villa. Staff were great and rang ahead to warn us of road closures.
Floor tiles in bathroom were very cold. I seem to remember heated floor from a previous stay? This made bathroom really cold during July.
Continental breakfast was great. Rooms are well appointed.
Lovely villa, excellent service, wonderful staff
Not enough coffee pods - had to go and get more
Breakfast was very well presented.
The cottage was lovely and warm and welcoming especially nice having under floor heating in the bathroom this year. The grounds are looking fabulous.
This is about the 10th year we have stayed here in July 👌
The reception was lovely and welcoming, each evening she rang to see if we needed anything 🤩
