I would look at staying there again depending on what I am doing on Adelaide.
Pros:

Great value for money, free and ample parking. Great bathroom and facilities.

Cons:

Location is not great depending on what you are doing and where you are going. Marion road can be slow and busy.

Stay - the hotel needs to do a lot better
Pros:

The lobby and the place to eat and drink were not too bad. But the pricing was on the steep side. It was busy though till late night on Sat.

Cons:

The corridors were stinky and the room I was given initially was smelling of booze. The staff tried to argue initially that there was nothing wrong with the room
