Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews praise the hotel as very clean or ‘the cleanest’; isolated issues reported (one dirty bed, some worn carpets and small toilets) but overall cleanliness is consistently highlighted as a strength.
Service
9.6
Consistently excellent staff comments across reviews (named staff: Mariana, Mohamed, Yusuf), friendly, professional, helpful reception, complimentary upgrades and strong guest service—clear strong positive sentiment.
Location
9.4
Location is repeatedly called out as a major positive (easy access, great location, convenient for visits); many guests explicitly list location as a pro.
Room Quality
7.8
Mixed to negative mentions about room features: old furniture, worn carpets, impractical shower layout and very small toilets; several guests recommend improvements, so room quality is a relative weak point.
Amenities
8.4
Some amenity shortcomings noted (no airport shuttle despite booking note, lack of shower hose/shattaf in bathrooms, occasional music/noise); other amenities (clean rooms, view, parking nearby) are positive—overall slightly above average.
Value for Money
8.9
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not explicitly discussed in reviews); overall sentiment and repeated recommendations support a solid value perception.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast reactions are mixed: several guests call breakfast decent but a few explicitly say it was below expectations; overall food receives moderate positive sentiment with room for improvement.
Overall Experience
9.6
Strongly positive overall: many guests describe highly enjoyable stays, recommend the hotel, and praise staff and cleanliness; isolated issues exist but do not dominate the overall impression.

A wonderful and comfortable stay with excellent service, especially from Yosuf, and a great location
Pros:

The stay at Bristol Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, and a special thank you to Yosuf for his great help and support throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were very good, and the location was convenient for exploring Amman.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little that could have been better during our stay. Everything was well organised, comfortable and enjoyable, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience.
