Reliable airport transfer/service

Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Generally reported as clean and rooms described as 'limpias' and 'clean room', but isolated reports of unpleasant odor and a soiled sheet lower this score slightly.
Service
9
Repeated praise for very friendly, attentive and accommodating staff; specific mentions of excellent service and helpful employees (Helen called out by name).
Location
9
Consistently highlighted as excellent — central, near the teleférico/Obelisco and convenient for dining and transit.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms often described as comfortable and adequately equipped, but sometimes small; multiple reports of inadequate heating/blankets or lack of hot water reduce the rating.
Amenities
7.5
On-site restaurant and airport transfer service are positives, and heating is provided, but issues include no AC (not needed by many), slow Wi‑Fi, limited towels/blankets in one report, and limited payment options.
Value for Money
8.5
Many reviewers call it good value and affordable; however one notable complaint about being charged in dollars at an unfavorable rate reduces the score slightly.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast is the most frequent complaint — described as weak, limited in variety and lacking flavor across many reviews.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall impressions are positive with excellent service, good location and comfortable rooms, tempered by breakfast shortcomings and occasional facility issues.

Pros:

Siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

Creo que el desayuno puede ser mejor.
